We had a great time at lake huts and will be back, BUT... We stayed in #1,2 , the huts could have been a lot cleaner, they were not nasty, but the blinds were coated in dust, window ledges were full of dead bugs and spider webs, windows were filthy, back windows on screened in porch were milldewed on the outside, screened it porch was almost scary, screen had holes, screens full of pine needles, dead bugs and spider webs were thick, around ceiling inside and outside had wasp nest everywhere, fireplaces were full and running onto floor of ashes, one had cigarette butts and empty packs thrown in it, out side the cabins needed to be weedeated around them bad, big tree trunks that have been broken into and huge limbs just hang or are propped up against smaller trees just waiting to go e crashing down, if someone is being paid to clean these they need fired and you can hire me! We had a great time but was not impressed with...

We camped in an RV at Buster Hight campground. Our site backed up to the water and had beautiful views. Unfortunately people tied their boats up behind our RV and constantly walked back and forth through our site to access their boats. There is a boat ramp in walkable distance but must have been too inconvenient for them to use it. There was no camp host. The showers were disgusting. One of the doors didn't close properly so it was full of bugs and had a couple hives in there. We had water and electric. Luckily only there 2 nights so we could use our rv shower and wait to dump til we left. The Dam Store was great. Owner so nice, great food and cheapest firewood I've ever seen. Wouldn't go...

We LOVE this lake, the staff has always been so friendly and helpful. They keep the restrooms and showers clean and also the park. They seem to take pride in their job. I feel like we are at home, especially since they have redone a lot of the camping areas. The RV campsites are all cement slabs with electric, water, Lantern holder, picnic table, & grill. Some of the campsite even have balcony's, it makes you feel like you are at your own little cabin on the lake. The fishing is awesome, the water is clear and just a beautiful peaceful place to camp. It is our favorite lake in Oklahoma. Wish they would make more RV camping areas. Like on the other side...

1st time and will definitely be back. Very well maintained, clean, quiet and peaceful smaller park. RV sites are flat and treed enough so you have some privacy. Bathrooms clean. Really tremendous terrain and rock formations. We fished off the dock and caught some good sized sunfish ( we catch and release). The office staff are super friendly and helpful. No ice or worms at office but there is a small store just outside the park entrance. A couple of local boys sell firewood from a self serve stand in front of their home about a mile from the gate- $5 for 10 pieces.
