We had been once previously, but only briefly, and not in an awesome time in our lives. We were uncertain how we would feel staying at the ranch for that amount of time. Something about arriving there at peak summer, enjoying the concert in the park, and experiencing the rest of the amazing people at BMR, convinced us immediately that we needed to buy a spot there.
