Applegate Jesuit Retreat Center — Hotel in Auburn

This is my sixth year attending a retreat at the Jesuit Retreat Center in Applegate. The staff is always friendly, the rooms clean, and the food is good! We are always happy we chose to return year after year.

The staff care for the grounds and wildlife making sure to keep us informed of what has been in the area when we visit. The center is just far enough away to get away and focus without being so far away if we needed to leave in an emergency. It is inly a few minutes off Interstate 80 but have yet to hear highway traffic during my stay.

I am handicapped requiring walking assistance and have not had any problems getting around to the main areas of the center.

Excellent place and very good service. Visited this place for the first time. A couple of things that I wasn't aware of: retreat users will have to share bathrooms and need to have mosquito repellent and medicine to handle allergies.
