Riverside Motel Inn & Lodging — Hotel in Auburn

Sarah and Todd were absolutely wonderful hosts! They went above and beyond for my 4 year old grandson and I. I was in town for the birth of my newest grandson who needed to be hospitalized just a little longer in the Portland area. They were incredibly thoughtful and brought toys to our room for my grandson to play with. They also helped shovel my car out when it was stuck in 2’ of snow and ice. They then jumped started it when the battery had died. They really did go above and beyond.

As far as our room goes…. Sarah, tells you right from check in, she wants it kept clean! Trash out every day, no towels left on the floor, and if you need anything let her know. The rooms are clean, modern, and smell wonderful! I would absolutely...

It's the best motel I have ever been in ,,, the manager is super friendly and is always doing activities for the kids,,, she is super sweet and friendly,,, a great family environment, , the rooms r gd ,clean,smell gd, and my daughter is always saying I like it here mama ,,, so I deff recommend anyone to come here ,,, we love it here it's our 3rd week here...

Thought at first it was a great place to stay but after our second week there were we told we couldnt pay our weekly rate for another week that the onwer wouldnt except our payment with no reason why. Managment never addressed any concerns with us or said we did anything wrong. Just a case of management favoritism towards...
