My wife and I loved our time here! From the time of our arrival to departure we were treated like family. Many other places may state that dogs are welcome but instead of being treated as an inconvenience the Lamb and Lion Inn goes out of the way to accept our family unconditionally. There is a year round hot tub and pool for in season. Many insider tips are provided by the owners and Eileen for where to go nearby. Our favorites were the close walks with our dog to Scudders Lane for beach sunsets (less than a mile) and a conservation path across the street which offered many options with well marked trails. If you have pets and are looking for a place to stay on Cape Cod please consider the Lamb and Lion Inn as they have gone above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. A memorable experience!

We've been staying at the Lamb and Lion Inn for multiple years now and can't imagine staying anywhere else on the Cape. It's become tradition at this point. We love the location (mid-Cape), the overwhelming kindness and hospitality of the staff, and the unique New England charm of all the rooms. Our dog Isaac absolutely loves his stays here (the yard is so large and he loves running around). If bringing your pup along with you to be a part of your memories, then look no further than the Lamb and Lion Inn. It's so important to us to have him along with us on these trips, and I can't thank the Lamb & Lion Inn enough for giving us the ability to do so!

Clearly Lauren does not need another review but I’m doing it anyway. I will make this simple. It’s like being on your own home. She’s there if you need her and she’s a doll. Her Inn actually feels like a home but you have your own space. We were in room 10 downstairs. The only downstairs room. We didn’t hear a thing. And the hot tub… chefs kiss. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Lauren! And if you’re looking for an incredible dinner With romantic ambience right up the road, Leonessa. Must make reservations.

Eileen was the nicest women I have met while staying somewhere! We were only there for a very short, last minute, trip with 5 of us and it was everything we needed! The Barn where we stayed was very charming clean. The loft style was definitely unique and in my opinion is great for family trips just as much as it was great for our small friends trip! I'm a big fan of old style/colonial houses and this place has kept a lot of it's original charm.

The birds that surround this place are amazing, you'll wake up to the sound of so many different songs. If you're interested in bird watching or just like to hear them then this place will be a dream to you lol everything surrounding the property is green and very peaceful. When you walk on to the private porch of the barn it feels like you have your own private sanctuary, you immediately will smell the flowers and there's sooo many trees and plants it's absolutely beautiful. If you didn't know already, this place will help show you why New England/The Cape is the most beautiful and peaceful place to live!

Again, thank you Eileen for your helpful tips on where to eat and go and thank you for your wonderful service. Our stay was too short to be able to try out the different amenities they offer like yoga, pool, hot tub, book room, etc, but I definitely look forward to trying them out on my next stay!

Lastly, if you're someone who genuinely wants a place to stay where you can truly relax with good company but also be close to beaches and off-site activities, then this is definitely the...

Absolutely fabulous! We arrived and were greeted by Tom who immediately showed us to our room, gave us a tour of the grounds, and helped us in with all of our baggage. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, etc. for cooking. The refrigerator was full size so big enough to keep what we needed for our vacation. There is a gas grill out at the poolside, and Tom let me grill our dinner on that a few times. The pool was cool “79 degrees F” but very nice and refreshing. The grounds are very nicely manicured and very peaceful and quiet. We met Ali at our first breakfast. She and Tom really do a wonderful job at making sure your every need is met. Ali makes her own home made yogurt, granola, and coffee cakes. We had fresh fruit, toast, coffee, juice, and were more than satisfied with our breakfast that was included with our room. We ate out on our patio every morning to the peace and quiet of the grounds and it was a nice way to start our day. We stayed here the first opening week of the MA covid-19 reopening so it was a bit of a learning curve with masks and social distancing and such, but even with all of the “new normal” restrictions, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Lamb and Lion Inn! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to find a peaceful vacation. Thanks Ali and Tom for your...

This is such a great place for your Cape Cod getaway. First off, the inn is wonderful. Our room was perfect and the kitchenette was great for our 6 night stay. Then there is the pool and outdoor fireplace. After exploring Cape Cod during the day and taking in the sights, we took full advantage of the heated pool in the evenings along with relaxing by the fire. It was great! Always the perfect way to end our day But what makes this place really stand out is the hosts, Ali and Tommy. From the day we arrived they were doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us with tickets for whale watching, the ferry to Nantucket, and with dinner reservations at a great local restaurant. We literally had to just mention what we were interested in doing and they were ready to help us make it happen. Plus, they both know the area so well. The recommendations they gave us for different sights to see and places to eat helped make our visit remarkable. We ate at the best little restaurants and bakeries, and we never would have found them using an internet search or social media recommendations. Ali and Tommy always knew exactly where to direct us whether it was for food, free parking at tourist spots, or little known beaches and scenic locations. And definitely ask them about their self-driving tours! We highly recommend the Lamb and Lion Inn, and hope to go back to stay with...
