I'm on my 3rd month waiting for parts for our couch that reclines AND rocking chair that also reclines. When I called to check on the parts after 2 months, I was told the parts are on a slow boat???? This is the 4th time my furniture has broken in the same spot. No wonder they have a lifetime warranty on parts. I've told them your furniture was not made to recline nor to rock.
