Beach City RV Park — Hotel in Baytown

Beach Cities RV was by far “outstanding” , when compared to our other experiences with RV dealerships. Gavin, Jim and Brian (owners) and Philip their tech were some of the most informative people we have dealt with in looking at RV’s. More important if they didn’t know something they said so and knew where to find the answerer.

Our high Points of dealing with Beach Cities RV were: Description , pictures and discussion’s regarding the RV and buying process were spot on, no surprises. The inspection with Philip (RV tech) were detailed and anything we felt needed to be addressed were noted, completed and checked off with us before departing. The level of customer service (pick up at the airport, lunch, patience, research) which is still important, surpassed any that we have dealt with now and in the past. No hard sell, introduced us to Philip (rv tech) and allowed us to spend our time looking at the RV. Both Philips inspection and the Private RV inspection we had done prior to arrival was spot on the same. (The coach was as described “pristine” and issues found had been addressed.

In closing, the level of professionalism made the entire purchasing process easy! Thanks again and it was a pleasure dealing with your organization, Bussy and Cheri...

The water systems water is yellow and smells. The sewer is leaking all over and they don't plan on fixing it. The roads are full of potholes. The dock is not safe to walk on. The dock in the pictures they show is a private dock no one can go on. Why do people think just because you are by water you can call a place a resort it's a dump. Don't believe me drive on in and take a look yourself. Oh and the pictures that show the camper spots with concrete pads are only the first few camper spots in the front of the park the rest are...

Awful experience! Sewer was flooded in our front yard and explained that to the owner and never took care of it! Thats a health hazard!!! Snakes were in our yard i have kids! Take care of your park! Also the laundry room was a joke the washers were filled with water and the dryers never got our clothes dry! The park always flooded when it rained and the wifi ha! Joke! Owner always acted put out when she was asked about something would not...
