We reserved a pull thru space for a 65ft rig for one night. They emailed me the site number and called me 4 days prior to confirm the reservation. We arrived Sunday night at 6pm (after driving 8hrs to get there) and were told that the site is occupied because the people who were in it decided to stay another night. I showed them my confirmation email and he said "sites aren't guaranteed" (it says that no where in the confirmation email). He said he had some back in sites available so my husband went to look at them and it was only 24ft long. They had no site to accommodate our rig length. They offered to let us stay in their driveway for the night (for a fee) so we ended up leaving and driving through Sunday night LA traffic because there was nowhere else to stay. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

In response to the owners comments (see below) I consider it horrible customer service when you book a 65ft pull thru site and are offered a 40ft back in site upon arrival. I have never been asked to unhook the enclosed trailer and leave it elsewhere in the park (not even near our site) at any other park when I make it a point to book a site that will accommodate our set up. I have attached a picture of the invoice that was emailed to me showing that we booked a pull thru site and assigned site number 73 prior to arrival. You can keep your year of free stays, I don't patron establishments where I have received horrible customer service and I'm sure our site "won't be guaranteed" since that seems to...

Close to fwy, shopping and food. The owners are on site 5+ days a week and couldn't be more accommodating. The employees and manager are top notch. I joke you not, they knew we were in a bind and created a new space with 50amp, water, and sewer hookups in 3 days time. I don't want to but, we'd pay hundreds more a month for what they created for us. The pool and jaccuzi are really nice and the laundry room is clean and everything works. There's hiking, mountain biking, ORV and for those so inclined there's even an open area about 1 mile into the hills where the locals target practice. Your dogs are welcome and there is an enclosed dog park. With all the trails there's plenty of places to walk your pooch. That is our coach from our favorite hiking trails perspective. There is every kind of store you would need within 6 miles of this RV Park. I sincerely doubt you and yours would regret 1 moment spent at Country...

What a Dump this trailer park is. it's a trailer park not a camping site. Some people i have talked to said they have lived here for years This trailer park is not full of campers it's full of people who live here that's why you have a hard time getting in .Kids at the pool without adults running and a sign saying at the pool you have to be 13 if under with an adult. No adults in site. You can smell weed in the park that makes you gag. Dirty place to try to camp at, will never come back here again. No Security in the trailer park, made us feel like our trailer was going to be broken into which some people who live in the trailer park said that many have been broken into even the ones in storage have been broken into, they have no Insurance as well to cover anyone damage of property for what i was told. For anyone seeing this keep moving on this trailer park is a Dump false pictures as well on...

We came to the area for a wedding and stayed here for the weekend. The park is in the hills with the sites scattered in different levels. The asphalt roads are in need of repair but they work. We had a pull through kind of in a low area so we did not get Iatt cell service and the free park wifi is only around .5 mbps. We were in site 66 and also had no over the air tv. Most of the sites are up higher so probably have better internet or tv access. Our site was not level so we had to add blocks to level our motorhome. The sites are dirt so a little dusty. The utility hook ups were fine but the water pressure was on the low side. They have a security gate to get in that they give you a card to access which works well. You do pay a security deposit for the card so do not lose it. Lots of long term tenants but the place is pretty well kept.
