JC Stage Stop Resort — Hotel in Belle Fourche

Just returned from spending a wonderful weekend horse camping. The cabins are great! The rest of the facility is well planned and in a beautiful location. BUT the horse facility is fantastic! I have horse camped around the Black Hills and Wyoming the past 20+ years and have never seen the thought and planning that went into making the corrals and horse area safe and convenient. Cheryl was great to work with, with our last-minute plans that kept changing...and Jeff gave us a tour of gates and boundary, so we had a good feel of the area before heading out riding. Riding was excellent! Both ensured we had a good experience, and coffee!!!...

What a welcome change from run down hotels and other B&Bs that really show their age. Tasteful décor and furnishing in rooms, CLEAN bathrooms, all the amenities (TV, wireless, grills), gorgeous views of the Wyoming Hills and so easy to get to off the main highway.||You can easily make day trips throughout the Black Hills and Wyoming area, using JC Stage Stop as your home base. Cheryl is a wonderful cook, and the breakfast she provided for our stay (warm peach breakfast cake, fruit and coffee) was a great way to start each day. Love this place of beauty and peace. We stayed in Cabin 6 and loved the view. The cabin was so clean and quaint...lovely deck with BBQ and small fridge and microwave inside. All the amenities were clean and the store was stocked with anything you may have forgotten. The horse facilities were the best I have experienced in the hills. Covered stall with sand base and hay available for purchase. Round pen available and the outdoor arena was awesome. Going back to explore more trails and have fun and...
