We have been owners since 1983. The current manager seemed nice until Hurricane Hermine struck. Though Clearwater/Tampa didn't get hit hard, still a storm. Laura says your call to stay or to go to us and other owners and guests. All the owners chose to stay. She offered ABSOLUTELY no assistance, no flashlights, fled the property and told us in not so many words we're on our own. Then came back today(2 days later) after the storm and kicked everyone out except her friends telling us we must evacuate. When I asked if its her or city that called for evacuation she snipped "MANAGEMENT". No other business in the area was affected nor closed and no evacuation order was in place. Mind you the storm was over and passed. Back in 2004 we were here for Hurricane Jeanne, management sandbagged hallways, passed out flashlights, offered the upper units incase of flooding. The old management knew it's actually safer for people to stay in a sturdy building rather than kick people out with no where to go. The board seriously needs to review Laura's abilities to manage, especially in an emergency situation, and possibly consider hiring a...

We were never made aware of a 4 person limit in a 1 bedroom unit. When booking and at check in if was made clear that we had 3 adults and 2 children. We were told if we would be comfortable it was fine with management. At 9am the following morning the manager told us only 4 were allowed in the room and on premises, no additional guests. We were never made aware of this before. When asked if another room was available that would accommodate we were told no. There was no compassion from management for situation. We had been told multiple times before Sunday am that our arrangement was fine. And only 4 guests on the property, no additional... That's ridiculous. We were forced to find other accommodations with hours notice, no understanding or apology ever given for conflicting information. I understand and appreciate policy and protocols especially being a customer service manager. Had the restrictions been told to is prior to arrival we would have made different accommodations. The manner in which our situation was handled was very unprofessional and...

Location was great! Accessibility to the beach was amazing( has its own private entrance to beach)! Room was tight but nice and clean, kitchen has a working stove, microwave, and plenty of plates, knives, cups and utensils which it was good. Parking was not bad at all there were days that we got back pretty late and still was able to find parking close by if not right in front of our room. The pool it’s pretty big and the hot tub it’s very nice and hot(103f) which it was very relaxing after a long day of shopping and site seeing! The only complaint I have is that it’s really hard to find the front office open most of the time it’s closed and they do not have an after hrs service which sucks!! And they need to work on having someone there at least from 8am-5pm(I stopped by at 2pm and it was already closed...

Beautiful place to stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Less than 200 ft from the ocean! They have beach chairs for use on the beach and inflateables for the pool. Pool was heated and hot tub was working. Besides just one restroom for six people in our two bedroom, we would have liked to have packets of coffee to brew each morning. There was a coffee maker but only one packet of coffee for our whole stay. And the staff informed they do not provide coffee each morning. But other than that, it is a beautiful place to stay. Magical. The fold out couch mattress was not too comfy (the springs were starting to sink). The dishes were good, they provided soap to wash with rags and a scrubber but no regular sponge. Pans worked well. Will come back sometime for sure.

My family has a time share here and I really can't complain regarding "bang for the buck". Its a very private part of the beach, not very busy. The salt water pool is always so warm and the hot tub is wonderful. If you're bothered by sand or casual beach mess, don't bother. If not, they have grills to cook out, beach chairs, beach access, etc. Rooms are legit, beds aren't the most comfortable but not bad. Kitchens, good water pressure, etc... Rooms are mostly re-modeled, AC, kitchen, super close to pool and beach, friendly staff. So many places down the beach but this Is a easy going, low maintenance person's slice of paradise. Parking is limited but if you understand beach life, you get it. Simple persons paradise, I love it.
