StarHill Farms — Hotel in Bellville

My family comes to stay a few days at StarHill Farms at least once a year, though we are trying to visit more often! The cabins and amenities, views, and a sense of absolute peace that comes with staying here are just phenomenal!

It's hard to know where to start. Stacy masterfully organizes each stay and does a brilliant job helping us feel perfectly at home. It's so rare these days to find someone who puts so much care into our experience. She is responsive, thorough, gracious, and generous, and we are so grateful for her!

The staff behind the scenes at StarHill also needs a shout-out. I have no idea how they accomplish so much while being practically invisible to guests. The cabins are always meticulously cleaned and prepped, the property beautifully maintained, the animals healthy and happy, and a feeling of safety / security that we don't tend to experience elsewhere. Just an amazing crew all around!

The owners do such a wonderful job updating the grounds and investing in superior guest experiences! They recently added a pickleball court - never played pickleball in our lives but we were so happy to try it out! The appliances in the cabins are well-kept and modern, so you can feel perfectly at home preparing a meal if you're in the mood! They've also carefully planned all sorts of wonderful little surprises, from complimentary StarHill wine and jam to beautifully maintained walking paths and more.

I could go on and on. We have stayed at a couple of different cabins here and each has had its own charm and unique qualities. The Ranch house is our current favorite, opening up into a stunning view of the lake and serene cattle that graze in the pasture just past the backyard fence each morning. It's spacious and comfortable! The Hinze cabin is a bit smaller, but situated near the stables and closer to another small lake and walking paths. Honestly, you can't go wrong with either of them!

StarHill Farms transports you to another time - you feel instantly removed from hectic city life and a part of an idyllic Texas countryside. If you've never experienced a perfect sunset, blissfully starry skies, and a quiet like no other, you're in for a real treat. I can't imagine how much work goes into making this such a magical place, but we are always so grateful to stay here. Very highly...

We rented several cabins and houses and contracted Starhill's wedding services, and everything was absolutely perfect. The accommodations were immaculate, comfortable, and full of unique charm, meeting our needs perfectly.

The Ranch House and its picturesque surroundings provided the ideal setting for our wedding, creating a truly magical atmosphere. To prepare for the possibility of cold weather, we brought in a tent, which worked seamlessly. The string lights over the back area added a breathtaking "festival of lights" ambiance, enhancing the beauty of the celebration. Every detail was handled flawlessly.

Stacy and Mary, both delightful and highly professional, managed every aspect of our wedding with expertise and care. From the stunning floral arrangements and the incredible cake to the delicious catered meals at the beautifully arranged tables and the heartfelt ceremony, every element exceeded our expectations. The Pastor they introduced us to was an absolute angel, blending our words with hers to create a deeply meaningful and unforgettable celebration of our marriage.

The entire experience was magical in every way. It’s a memory we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Sharing such a beautiful and joyous occasion with our loved ones is a gift beyond words. There were many happy tears as the time came to an end, and none of us wanted the magic to stop.

StarHill couldn't have been a better place for our wedding. From the initial tour/visit to the farewell after the wedding, StarHill was just an incredible experience for both ourselves and our guests that came in from across the world. The picture perfect views of the beautiful livestock mixed with some of the stunning Texas Hill Country views perfectly fit our wedding theme of capturing Texas in it's perfect form. The manager, Stacy, was so helpful. She was in constant communication with us the entire planning process. Nothing too set in stone as well. We had about 120 guest for our wedding and they were very fluid with were the event would take place. From the get go, there were never any major concerns for anything as they were very flexible on our event and how we wanted things done. The owner and Stacy were vey helpful in making sure that we can really utilize the space they offered wherever we desired. The bridesmaids (10) stayed inside of the Ranch House, the groomsmen(10) stayed in side of Biggs House, and my wife and I stayed in the Cabin on the Hill. Everything worked out smoothly to where people were staying. Lots of options within the area as well for out of town guests, most stayed in Brenham as it was less than a half hour drive away to the venue. Some other's stayed in the area via AirBnB.
