Winslow Hill Bed & Breakfast — Hotel in Benezette Township

We booked three rooms for an overnight stay in order to attend a function at the Elk Country Visitors Center. Upon arrival, our proprietress, Betty, had a fire blazing in the main sitting area for us. This was a nice touch as it was a cold, rainy day. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We were served a delicious breakfast the next morning. There is even a gift shop on the premises with unique items made by local artisans. We stayed at WHBB for 2 nights this past weekend (9/27-29, 2025), it was our first time in Benezette and it was a real joy staying here. The elk were not as plentiful as in years past but it's been very dry. Our stay at this B&B was a great experience. The room was clean, the common room was nice and had alot of photo albums to peruse, and Betty, the owner, was such a nice lady. I loved hearing her stories and suggestions of other sights to see. I needed a place to stay and stopped in here. Betty was so nice and friendly. The B&B was full, so I stayed in the Schoolhouse, but ate a lovely breakfast with the other guests in the main house. Both properties were clean, very well kept, and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed relaxing on the porch rocker and viewing the moutains around us-beautiful.
