We came to Fairway inn after staying at an Airbnb that had very hard, uncomfortable, foam mattresses. We have not slept well at all. The main thing we were looking for was a comfortable bad and we found it. While this motel may not look like much from the outside it is perfect for what it is trying to be. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable place to spend the night between tours of the Eureka Springs area. The beds are indeed soft and comfortable as other reviewers have pointed out. The women who are running the show here are friendly and helpful. We stayed warm and cozy on the cold weekend that we visited. This is a remodeled motel and it is fancy but it doesn't advertise that either. For the price we paid it was a very fair and comfortable overnight. I would definitely stay here again and probably will because of the vast price differences between a place like this and staying in the overpriced downtown Eureka Springs area. I'm not sure what anyone would complain about here except the fact that it is basic. Sometimes basic is just what you need. Parking is adequate and we felt safe...
Read moreOur family of 5 recently rented the cabin on the property for 4 nights. It is a great location for exploring the area. The cabin was clean and plenty of space for us. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to bring our small dog. The upstairs bedroom was very warm and took awhile to cool down with AC due to the very warm summer temperatures. We took advantage of the hotel breakfast in the mornings getting waffles, pastries and cereal. We also used the well stocked kitchen in the cabin to prepare some meals. It was nice to be able to use the pool too. The mimosa tree by of the cabin’s front porch is a magnet for butterflies and hummingbirds that we enjoyed watching while drinking coffee on the porch each morning. There are also a couple of marmots that live in the rock wall next to the cabin that were very entertaining to watch. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if we are...
Read moreDon't judge this place by its cover. The old-looking cinder-block building surrounds rooms that have been nicely renovated with a lot of good touches. My spouse grew up in Berryville and was really pleased to come back and find out how nice this place was now.||||The non-carpeted floor must be easier to keep clean than standard grungy motel carpets and looks really nice, the beds/pillows are comfortable, and the water pressure is excellent. Even the thick "old" walls are a benefit, because they (a) block noise and (b) retain temperature so it doesn't take long to heat or cool the rooms.||||The only problem, which is common to many motels and isn't really this place's fault, is smokers from other rooms lingering right outside your door, meaning the smoke can be sucked in through the heating/cooling unit. It would be nice to have a non-smoking "block" where smoking wasn't allowed anywhere...
