Hot tub was broken. When I checked in there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap, when asked for some they were out and waiting for the truck to arrive with it. The second day there was soap on my room, no shampoo or conditioner, though one coworker did get some. When I checked in only one of the 4 light bulbs in the bathroom worked, by day 3 they were all working then day 4 one of the replaced one was already out. I did get fresh towels each day. The bed wasn't made or sheets replaced at all when I was there, which didn't really matter to me, but if it does to you, just a heads up. The sign in the bathroom said it was planned to be replaced every 2 days. A coworker had his bed made each day (not sure if the sheets were replaced). Breakfast was the same every day. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, some sort of breakfast meat in a rotation(sausage, bacon, or ham) eggs, fruit cups and yogurt. If you want toast or cereal our out of luck. Just wanted to make sure this hotel got high marks regarding my stay. I am not sure of the lady that took my reservation; Angie, Wendy, or something like that, but probably one of the BEST phone reservations I have ever had. I am not sure where she did her training, but it was downright perfect.||||Next was probably one of the hardest workers I have seen, he went from working the desk, stripping rooms, cleaning rooms, answering the phone to my surprise on his hands and knees scrubbing the breakfast floor and lobby area. He went by “MD” and has the service animal behind the desk, which was nice as I have dogs back in TX and with traveling miss them. That dog is a well-trained good boy. ||The hotel is well kept, no surprise with the amount of detailed cleaning I saw.||The entire staff were all great but these two really stood out. The check in process was terrible; granted, we we're a group of 13 people with a total of 8 rooms. However, the hotel was given plenty of advance notice as well as the contact info for each person staying in the rooms. The check in took over an hour. During this time, we were informed that the pool and hot tub were closed. Later that night, he said the pool was open now but the hot tub had many dead beetles floating on the surface of the water. The water in the hot tub was so murky that you could not see your hand 6 inches under the water. The whole second floor reeked of marijuana.
