We had the opportunity to stay here for two nights while visiting traverse city. It is situated closer to the wineries and not in the middle of town which was great for us. The owners live upstairs....rooms are on the lower level. The owners use the shared kitchen to cook a lovely homey breakfast and join guests at the table. The inn itself was very clean and had a lodge feel. We stayed in the master bedroom which had an en suite bathroom. The other rooms have private bathrooms; however you must exit the room to reach them. A very lovely couple with a beautiful home....

When you walk through the front door you are instantly blown away from the space, the decor, and the warm welcome you receive when meeting them. Ted and Marie is like the friends you haven't seen in a minute and when you see them again it's like you've never left. And Marie and Ted is also excellent in the kitchen. My hat is off...

The room was clean and very well kept. My wife LOVED the tub! The view of the lake is great and they have nice sitting area/dock right on water.
