Glowacki's Resort & Fishing Launch Services — Hotel in Brainerd

We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion at Glowacki's Lodge. There were 7 kids and another 6 adults sharing the space and we enjoyed the communal kitchen and living room, but individual sleeping quarters to give each family some additional privacy. When I think of hospitality... this place is at the top of my list of all the rentals I have stayed at. They thought of so many small details that made it feel like home (ex. shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower, complimentary bottles of water and K-cups, and extra toilet paper rolls and garbage bags). Our family especially loved how the location! We were close enough to the lake for easy swimming and fishing access, but the lodge itself is set far enough off the road that we didn't have to worry about any of the road traffic. We were also only a mile or so down the road from gas, groceries, and a few restaurants. There is plenty of green space for lawn games to keep the kids busy as well.

The hosts were very responsive when we booked a fishing excursion and had questions about bringing our pup. The fishing excursion by the way was a true highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend that experience!

The rooms were super clean. They are very friendly and you can tell that they are putting a lot of work into the place. We were on the fish all weekend, but it was sure nice to keep the boat on the trailer and hop on the launch for our last night there on Sunday and just relax and catch fish. and if fishing is not your thing or they’re not biting, there are several things to do around the lake. A lot of businesses around the area are struggling because of the regulations on the Lake right now, but sometimes it’s not always about eating fish, If all we want to do is eat fish we can head up to the grocery store and save a lot of money. We all know the fun part is getting out on the water on a beautiful day and making memories with friends and family. I had three guys on my boat that Had never caught a walleye before.. and seeing the smiles on their faces is what it’s actually all about. Let’s support the Mille lacs area businesses. It’s a great place to catch a fish of a lifetime whether it’s a walleye, huge northern or musky, and the small bass you catch up there just by accident is a fish of a lifetime for...

It was a girls weekend and had a blast. We have the main cabin and a bunch of cabins for 15 of us. The resort was beautifully done with all the amenities you would need. Very clean! Beds were wonderful and slept like a baby. Darling cabins. Our group had 3 bedrooms two baths and kitchen fully equipped for 8 people in one cabin. And another group in the main cabin plus we had 2 other small cabins. Lots of games provided outdoors along with picnic tables, fire pit etc. Lake is across the road with a dock and fishing boat guide to take you out on the lake. Don’t let the cabins deceive you for they have been remodeled and very lovely interior. Much thought has been put into it. Us girls will be renting again!
