Stillwater Stables was absolutely amazing! I had lots of questions prior to booking, so I emailed Rachel a list of questions. By the end of the day she had responded and she responded to EACH individual question I asked. After her response I had a few more questions I emailed her (it was really late in the evening) and she still responded right away! After her answers and how amazing she was during our email communication, I booked first thing in the morning with all of her recommendations. Once you book all correspondence with your reservation is sent via email and text. Which is great because the text went to Spam so having the email correspondence as well was just perfect. Once we arrived we were met by Bri. I cannot say enough on how AMAZING she was. She answered a few questions once we arrived and even sent me a text to make sure if I needed anything I could reach out. We booked our horse session for the next morning and was just able to enjoy the trails the views and the personal hot tub. The cabin was clean and just beautiful lots of amenities available. It was so peaceful and relaxing. When we went to our horse session the next morning we were greeted again by Bri, who was absolutely the most amazing! We had so many questions about the horses and she answered all of them. She was personable and passionate about what she does. We were so grateful for the interaction with the horses and with Bri. We recently had our wedding at Stillwater Stables, and it was truly the most magical, unforgettable day. From start to finish, the entire experience was incredible, and we can’t recommend this venue highly enough.

Rachel, Scott and Brie were amazing to work with—so kind, responsive, and full of thoughtful ideas that helped us shape a ceremony that felt flawless and deeply personal. Their support throughout the planning process made everything so much easier and more enjoyable.

The property itself is breathtaking. Every inch is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and full of rustic charm. It created the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and celebration. One of the highlights of the day was getting to arrive at the aisle in the most fun and unique way—Scott drove me (the bride) up in his vintage car! It was such a special, memorable entrance, and the photos we got with the car are absolutely classic. It added such a timeless, elegant touch to our day.

Another detail we loved were the horses! Brie kindly brought them out for us during photos, and it made for such a whimsical and enchanting addition. Our guests were in awe, and it made the entire atmosphere feel so warm and alive.

The on-site Airbnbs were another huge bonus—beautiful, cozy, and perfect for hosting guests close by.

I just returned home from the most wonderful, relaxing weekend at Stillwater Stables. Each day was more beautiful than the last! The snowfall on Friday evening was perfect as I relaxed in the hot tub in Tiny Cabin #4! Being that I am not much of a cold weather girl (having recently returned from living in the Florida Keys), I did not venture out onto the property much, but can attest to the natural beauty and wildlife all around.

Check in/out was simple. Communication with Rachel was always expedient and accommodating. Quiet, serene surroundings and felt very private. Accommodations were as advertised and expected. The shower a bit of a challenge if having to shave your legs. Lol. Great suggestions in the guest book for dining and entertainment! I bought light groceries at Beuche's--beautiful, fresh produce. Had a great meal at Escamillas Amigos and spent Saturday evening watching March Madness and meeting some fabulous locals and not so locals at the Boat Bar!
