Edgewater Villa Resort — Hotel in Branson

We rented the 2 story duplex and a pontoon boat for two days/3 nights. It was so economical for our family. But wait...the view of the lake was awesome, the cove was so quiet, the pool was right outside our balcony. The duplex we stayed in fit our family of 8 perfectly. 4 full size beds in the loft upstairs plus a full bathroom. The master bedroom was roomy, had a dresser and to my surprise had a handicap accessible bathroom (also had a wheelchair ramp to get into the house). The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a dresser as well. Another full bathroom on main level. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need...electric stove, fridge, and every utensil and pan for an easy way to save money and cook while on vacay. Plus a brand new propane bbq pit on the deck. If you don't want to cook there are plenty of restaurants not far. We enjoyed grilling each night. The beds were comfy, new towels available daily. Ice available at a charge as well (but huge timesaver). Walmart is only 15 minutes away, as well as a great store for meat called Harter House. Good meat and great prices. The owners are fabulous. Table rock Lake is so clean and so perfect for a family get away. If this is your dream lake trip then look no further!!!!! EdgeWater is absolutely hands down the best vacation I've had...the kids even said it was better than DisneyWorld!!!!...

Researched many properties with cabins near the lake, and none had all the features and then some, that I was looking for. Very clean, comfortable cabins and all with a great view of the "No Wake" generous size cove the property is on. You can swim in the lake or their good size pool (seasonal), but the weather was still in the 90's so we enjoyed the pool even in Sept. Couldn't ask for friendlier and more accomodating owners, who you feel right at home with immediately. They were there if we needed them, but didn't interfere with our activities, just felt like neighbors, not management. I can't list all the amenities but I have to point out they have two docks and multiple size reasonably priced boats/pontoon to rent. It was just a wonderful addition to our visit going out on the lake to fish and then ride around to cool off. The kitchen has everything you will need, good size fridge and if you need something, just ask. Restaurants and stores just minutes away, but far enough away to not even know they are there. Ice and worms available on site. Pets aren't allowed, but we have furbabies and it's nice to take a break once in a while. Just got back from Edgewater after a 5 day stay over the 4th of July. If your looking for a friendly clean very nice place that is reasonably priced, this is the spot! Barb and Andy are the owner/operators of this resort and you could not find a nicer family that will bend over backwards to accommodate you. We had 12 total in our group, 8 kids and 4 adults, and the cabin was plenty comfortable for all. We took the pontoon boat out on Sunday and had a terrific time with the kids... Barb had homemade ice cream and brownies on the evening of the 3rd. It was a terrific overall experience. We go to Branson every 4th and we were wanting to try a new place, so glad we did! As soon as we get our headcount for next year we will be rebooking... the resort is about 12 minutes from Walmart in Branson West, very convenient but it's nice to get back to the quiet and tranquility of this resort...
