Lake Retreat — Hotel in Bristol

We have been here 8 and half years and absolutely love it here. Kenny Wampler is the manager here and is always available to help when we need it. We couldn’t ask for anyone any better. He is always available 24/7. He always comes around asked if we need anything and has always been very nice and friendly. We couldn’t ask for anyone any better to manage this campground he keeps everything clean and well maintained and makes sure everything is working right to make us all safe and have a great place to spend time. Kenny goes above and beyond for this campground and all us campers. He makes sure we have a clean and safe place for families and kids. I love it here I feel safe and this is my happy place. I highly recommend this campground if you want a fantastic place to spend time with your family and friends. We have a beautiful clean view of the lake front, swimming dock and lots more. Managers are very rude and act like they are better than everyone. Evicted my family during the state of emergency lockdown, so instead of staying home with my two children, I was trying to find somewhere to relocate my camper to. Had false accusations against me with no proof, like my word didn’t matter over other tenants. Sent multiple emails to the owner of the campground and never once got contacted back until a month after I had moved out asking when I could pay my rent and electric payment. If you have children or pets, DO NOT go here. Multiple past tenants warned me not to sign a lease there because they are constantly looking for problems and faults. Instead of having a nice place to relax and enjoy the lake, your constantly trying to make sure you aren’t doing anything that Faye will come to you and complain about. My dog was getting loose from his lead and running. I went and spent almost 700 dollars on a fence then got served my eviction notice 2 weeks later.
