The Good Vibe Cabin — Hotel in Broken Bow

The cabin itself is great. Appears very new or recently updated. Nice and clean. Although management has not been great to work with. Before we completed the reservation, we were offered credit but were told to go ahead and make the reservation online and that they will apply the credit after our stay was completed. That was 3 weeks ago. After exchanging several messages with the host, they still have not provided or credit. Keep making excuses about meeding to hear from the housekeeping which they would have heard about it right away as the cabin was booked solid for the next week after we stayed so they would have had to have it cleaned for the next guests. There are plenty of cabins to choose from. I would say pick a different cabin unless you want to deal with this type of management. In response to the owner's reply. We have been texting back and forth for weeks now on the number ending with 7723. I even sent a message yesterday and received no response.
