Budget Inn — Hotel in Brownsville

Attempted to rent a room for a temporarily homeless family member.I originally called and asked the rate. When I got there, she refused to rent me a room. She kept asking me to tell the truth and speaking to a man in their language. I'm not sure how I could have been more truthful about renting a very low budget room for a week. Customer service negative ten stars. Do not give these very rude people...

This is an older motel that has been completely remodeled, I stay here whenever I am in Brownsville, It is clean, quiet, and secure; with a very comfortable bed. No pool or breakfast, but you will not find a better room for the money, plus Paul, the manager and his wife will make you feel welcome each time you stay. Great place...

Very poor customer service. was givin a rate of 350 a week but changed 375 by the very rude woman. God forbid I get clean linens hand towels bath mat been walked in on three times within a 2 week period again very poor...
