BED BUGS!! Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Wish I would have read reviews before booking this hotel. We were in town for a school sports event, no other hotel in town. Upon arrival, no person working the front desk, doors are locked. Note on door states to call the number provided and someone would come. First room we were given, very dirty, large dead bedbugs in plain sight, unused pregnancy test in plain sight, microwave looked as if something exploded in there, dirty towels hanging in bathroom, the list goes on. We were moved to a different room after I complained of the first room. Second room, dirty, no microwave or telephone, clock did not work, dirty socks in the drawer, dirty towels hanging behind the door (again). I did not see any dead bed bugs in plain sight but the smell and presentation of the sheets and pillows were definitely questionable. We decided it was late and we just needed a bed for the night so we did not complain again. The next morning, laying in the bed I noticed a live bedbug running across the bed. SO GROOOSSSSS!!! I jumped up, took pics and video, reported it to the front desk. They acted as if they've never seen a bed bug. I did ask for a refund, they refunded my money...but only after they charged my card a second time so it looked like they refunded when actually they did not. The worst part was after we got home and realized we had been eaten alive, littraly, bug bites on forehead, neck, back, arms, hands, top of feet, bottom of feet, ect. Some very shady stuff going on at this hotel. NOT SAFE AND NOT SANITARY at all. Not to mention, no breakfast as advertised though I would not have eaten it anyways. Ran into a resident living in the hotel, amazing what people tell you, apparently long term residents and bed bugs are common...
Read moreI just received a $50 refund for one night, although they were trying to charge me for 4 nights. First, I asked what the rates were for myself and two small children for either 3 or 4 nights. Without giving me the two different prices, they give me one, and I realize I was unsure of my exact checkout date without being given a receipt. So, that 2nd day, I stop in the office to find out what they charged me, for either 3 or 4 nights. He tells me the next morning will be my checkout. So, on the 3RD morning as I'm taking my trash out before the 10:00 checkout time, the wife stops me and tells me I indeed have 1 night left. Nice, happy to hear. I leave my kid's and I's personal belongings and a BIG double seated stroller in the room. I don't return until 4ish that evening and realize all our stuff and groceries have been dumped.. The lady tries to get nippy and say I wasn't in my room. I wasn't in the room. Like what?! Supposedly, she was doing her cleaning rounds and because I had left for work right after she stops and tells me I have 1 night left, it was okay to remove my belongings because I wasn't in my room?! I was CRYING MAD when they told me they DUMPED everything of mine!! I had to stop by the following day and ask for my receipt. Sure enough! He charged me 4 nights for 3 people, and had the audacity to trash my kids and I's stuff... next he only want to refund me $50 for what was supposed to be my 4th night that I didn't stay && keep their cleaning fee for my shit they took the time to dump. OmG!!

Read moreWe made reservations for a handicapped wheelchair accessible room with two beds for a week during for a family reunion . First the price that was given with the confirmation number was not honored and the price was raised once we got to the hotel. The handicapped room didn’t have a shower chair and I had to make them find one. No frig no microwave no room phone no clock no iron or iron board.||The bed was too high to access from a wheelchair. The sink was at nose level sitting in the wheelchair ||Couldn’t see in a mirror because it was above my moms head and the carpet was so thick you couldn’t roll the wheelchair on the carpet. It was like trying to move in quicksand. We decided to check out early and notified them over 24 hours prior.||They said they would give me a refund for the days did not use. It is 10 months later and still have not got my money. I have messages from previous manager and current manager and the owners say they will refund but haven’t. In the beginning they were supposed to refund me approximately $390 but instead they billed my credit card almost $500 and then refunded the $500 amount back to me in three separate transactions. Still owning me my refund. Every time I spoke with them on the phone they did some crazy math (I am an accountant) and never seen math the way the owners do it. They still owe me over a $100.||My relatives had appliances that didn’t work, lost reservations and lighting dangling from the ceiling. The only way you will get your refund is to take them to court.
