Stayed 4 nights during a convention in town. Park is quiet and well maintained. Very reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioned bathhouse has 3 complete bathrooms, each with a good sized shower with very hot water. Wall hooks are conveniently located near shower to hold towels. Bath open from 5:30 am to 9:30 pm. Coin op washers are also in the bathhouse. Some sites are shorter, back in, and do not have 50 amp or 110 volt service. There are other long, pull through, concrete sites that offer 30a, 50a, and 110v on the power pole. I did not check out the pool, but did note that it was available.

Nice and quiet park out by Old Hearne Road on the north side of town. We were in town visiting my family so Easy access to 6 was nice. Large shower rooms (could use a little work) with lots of hot water and room, open all day. Pool opens in May. Washers and dryers. Even a tiny blessings box. Tara is super nice and helpful. If you check in on a Sunday, your welcome packet with your lot number will be on the door. We had a little panic not knowing what to do but we were covered! Definitely will be staying here again.

Quiet, clean, and very relaxing. A caring and compassionate staff, Tara is very nice and is very genuine and always willing to help anyway she can. Great rates, an awesome bath house/ laundry room and swimming pool are just a few of the perks, cable and wifi as well. Easy and convenient access to all of Bryan, and College Station

This was one of the worst campgrounds we have stayed in during our eight years on the road. The name, descriptions and advertisements for this campground are deceiving and misleading. We chose this campground because it was not too far from the George H. W. Bush Presidential Library and is advertised as a Good Sam Park. When we arrived we were extremely disappointed to find a very run-down park filled with long-term vehicles (many of which were in need of major attention) -- not the clean, pretty, inviting place depicted in their literature and denoted by the name.We were given a long, concrete level pull-thru site for our 33' Fifth Wheel but the utilities were older and not in good condition and the site was very crowded with trailers on either side parked on the grass between the established sites. This is not a campground for travelers but rather a popular overnight destination for Texas A&M football fans. If you are coming to this area look for another...

I moved my elderly father here last week. I need him close and in a safe atmosphere. Management was very informative and helpful. The RV is new to my father and I.Upon delivery we had no idea what to do. Called the office and the maintenance man Andrew not only helped with set up but made sure that the RV was leveled and safe. Before I left yesterday he stopped by asked if we needed anything. To my father this was very considerate and showed concern for the residents. I feel secure that my dad is not only in a beautiful park but with people who care. Every time I visit the maintenance man is picking up trash pulling weeds and making sure the park is safe & clean. The 3 full size restrooms & laundry area is always spotless and smells fresh. Manger Tara also went out of her way to set up the cable for my dad’s TV . I feel management and crew care and make sure that you feel safe and welcomed. Highly...

Called Tuesday to make reservations after not receiving a response via web request from their website. Spoke with Tara who made our reservation for tonight and tomorrow night. She even took my credit card number and told me that it was “just in case” we were a no show. However, I get a call this afternoon from Tara advising that the spot is no longer available for tonight but we can still come tomorrow. Absolutely ruined our weekend as we were supposed to be staying to watch my nieces play in a softball tournament. Now we will be driving back and forth daily. Maybe I should have gotten a credit card number from them “just in case” they cancelled. Definitely not somewhere you can count on to stand behind their reservations. If I could give negative stars that is what they would have received. I personally own a business and would never do...
