With the help of some friends, we found Seven Oaks B&B a few years back and have stayed here annually to attend Aggie football games. We have rented individual bedrooms in the guest house and the main house suite. The Rileys are very accommodating and provide a very comfortable stay at a VERY reasonable price (hard to come by during Aggie football season and other TAMU event weekends).
