A pond you can swim in, fish, and even a kayak is provided for fun on the pond also. R.V.ers have full hook ups near beautiful country scenery looking over the pond. Small RV park which is very nice and not crowded like many other RV Parks around town. Horses roam around the park and Gypsy made friend with my dog in no time. We stayed in site 7 for two nights. It had a beautiful view of the large pond. The location is very easy to get to and is conveniently close to college station. My children played for hours and hours in the large pond kayaking and exploring. They absolutely loved the horse encounter experience that they offered. Lesli and her family are absolutely wonderful!! I would recommend staying here! ||Do understand that there is a train nearby but we only heard it 4-5 times...
