Not the nicest or the biggest but great amenities. ||Free wash and dry , WIFI , use of facilities.||Rick and Brenda , the managers are great to deal with and very friendly.||Rates are good and include water and electric.||Not a big park , which is what I prefer. There is a sea of resort RV parks/massive parking lots in the area. This is something completely different. Old school, casual, country RV campground with super friendly managers and a fabulous diner/market a short walk away. If it had shade trees it'd get four stars....

Urgently needed a site nearest to Bryan. So refreshing to encounter gentlemen like "take any site you like" Bill. The free laundry, kitchen and bath facilities along with an enclosed hall are a very welcomed...
