What I appreciate the most about Vista Court Cabins is the timeless mountain town atmosphere (circa 1963-ish?) with the right amount of tasteful amenities for modern travelers. The photos from the owner are accurate, so I don't need to upload any interior photos. Trust me, Randy and Robin got every single detail right. What a team! 👏🏆 We stayed in cabin #3, the Wildwood studio, and it was ✨perfect✨ for a couple with no kids. We didn't bring our dog this time, but we could if we wanted to. My standards for cleanliness are not "white-glove", but this little cabin was as spotless as it could have possibly been. Bathroom: better than hotel rooms I've stayed in, and still quaint and charming. The full bed was firm and comfortable, clean sheets and extra blankets were available. The kitchenette has a cute lil' electric stove, stocked (and gorgeous) cabinets, including 4 wine glasses 🍷, coffee maker, toaster and knife block! Forgot your wall charger? There's a USB/standard outlet on top of the card table. I am so impressed with the amenities I feel it would be silly to list them all. Amazing. If you've got kids in tow, or want to plan a mountain getaway party, this place is also perfect for you. We will return for more adventures in BV soon!

Our 4th visit to Buena Vista had us looking for an alternative to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. We are so glad we found Vista Court! Our 5 star stay was in lodge room 15 - Peaks Perspective! The communication was excellent and it truly feels like a professionally run family resort. The rooms are so well thought out: the nice reading lights and bedside folding shelves, large door to the bathroom, extra hot springs towels, and separate freezer and refrigerator. The King family really care about their guests! The bed, pillows, bedsheets, and duvet are all top quality. The location is quiet, convenient & perfect for the sightseeing in the area. The grounds and courtyard area were well tended, and we appreciated the recommendations from Katie. We will being back to Vista Court Cabins & Lodge - that's for sure! We really enjoyed our first visits to Charlotte Hot Springs - the new one, and Cottonwood Hot Springs!

We rented Cottage 9 "the Great Escape" as a last minute two night stay to escape the 100 degree heat on the Front Range and enjoy some time in beautiful BV. We found this place on Google Maps and it lived up to its great reviews. The website encourages you to text any questions to the innkeepers and they were AWESOME. They answered numerous questions at all hours and were super accommodating to all of our needs. This place is perfect for families and especially the 3 bedroom cottage. It is fully furnished with everything you might need and the giant playground is right outside your door. As soon as our kids woke up, they wanted to run out the door and play outside in the well equipped playground. They had sand toys, balls, shovels, anything a kid could want to keep busy.

I am very upset by the customer service, or lack there of at this place. I was traveling to Buena Vista, with my sister. She has terminal cancer and is hyper sensitive to many things. Smell being one of them. We arrived at the cabin and immediately my sister had a huge reaction to the musty smell. We could not stay and checked out around an hour after checking in. We explained we had to leave because of her reaction. My sister talked to the owner Pam, the next day to see if any refund was possible, considering the circumstances and the fact that we did not spend any time in the cabin. Pam became extremely defensive and made it all about her and her livelihood, rather than about this particular situation. I am in retail ,where customer service is tantamount. This is not how to treat difficult situations. Needless to say, no refund was given, not even for one night, which would have been the decent thing to do. Greed trumps...

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is beyond awful. Their customer service has been terrible. My mom and my aunt went up to their cabin for a two night stay and had to leave within the first hour because of a foul smell in the cabin they were staying in. I understand that this is someone's livelihood, but I got to say the way handled this situation is atrocious. My mom has terminal cancer and is very sensitive. I sent her and my aunt to the cabins for their birthdays. The smell of the cabin they stayed in was so intense that my mom started feeling sick immediately. Instead of the owner apologizing and offering to either clean it again or replace the money, she got very defensive and basically blamed my mom for it not working and said the only way they would return any money was if they could rent out the cabin for one of the nights and then they would return one nights worth. This is such bad...
