We stayed here for two weeks and before finishing our first day, we had a feeling that this place was perfect for us. IT WAS!!! No crowds, no needless amenities, NO KIDS, and very quiet. We picked the end site (#8) so there was nobody on one side for our entire stay. We had a next door neighbor the last two nights, but there was enough room between us that we didn't feel packed in. Our site did not have a sewer, so we conserved and made it the entire two weeks no problem. There is a conveniently located dump station which we utilized on our way out. Our site was a little low in back, but the levelers took care of that. Water and power were both fine and logically placed. This is a self-check in place (assuming you have reservations). Even though not required, we were greeted warmly by Vic (the owner's father), who explained the tasting room/coffee shop hours. Everything you need is on their website and your confirmation will contain an invaluable video walking you through the directions step-by-step. As others have said, there is a very well maintained, low traffic, gravel road from I-94 to the Winery. To get to the RV Park, turn left at the street PAST the winery entrance and turn left again at the first driveway. The self check-in is adjacent to the little red barn. If you are there on Friday, they have a delicious supper served in the tasting room. HIGHLY recommended!! About 30 minutes from Fargo and 20 from Valley City. We can't say enough good things...
Read moreLovely campground at a vineyard! Highly recommend a visit to the tasting room a short walk away. Our site (14) could fit our 43’ fifth wheel and truck. Surroundings are very peaceful and only 2 miles off the interstate (via a well-maintained gravel road). 35 min to downtown Fargo. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Booking was easy - all online! Most sites are water/electric with a few full hookups. Dump station available as you exit. Only downside was that the people on the neighboring site behind us had their vehicle in our site, impeding on about 10 feet of our space, making it a bit harder to park more comfortably. Owner gave us the option to move sites if we chose to, but we liked that site and could make it work. For big rigs, I’d recommend sites 13 or 14, but many looked doable if you overhang in the back. Site 8 was the only one that seemed questionable for our rig since it appeared less level due to a small decline at the back - great end-cap site for a...
Read moreVery friendly owners who clearly wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We really enjoyed hearing from the owners on how they recently acquired the property. We stayed in site 7 and it was level with water and electric. Some sites do have sewer but we only stayed one night. We will definitely be back when we travel the I94 corridor...
