Quail Hollow Village — Hotel in Butler Township

Quail Hollow Villiage Sites are BEAUTIFUL! The accommodations are run down. The picnic tables outside collapased when we put food on them, the kitchen table chair collapsed when my husband sat on it, the toilet would not flush when we first used it because they hadn't pumped it out. It took them 2 to pump it out. The screen doors do not shut all of the way. You can't see through the sliding glass door. The doors stick. The dishwasher is not attached properly and in other rooms it doesn't even release the soap. The hot tub was broke every other day and they had to drain it. In the game room, the majority of the games were out of order and the other games cost $1 to play!!!! BUGS galore at the playground. The decks need to be sanded. The kitchen floor is cracked. The bed broke when we both laid in it (Kind of comical at this point). The good point is the sites are BEAUTIFUL and they have a kid camp for our 7 year old grandkid to learn Spanish, make a flag, and a doll, and play...

Absolutely nothing to do here. Everything is at least an hour and a half drive away. Wildlife everywhere which is nice but being greeted by a snake when leaving in the morning is quite a heart stopper. Shopping & restaurants are about 15 to 20 mins away. Scenery is beautiful but this resort is cheap with poop all over the yard and no attempt to clean it up. We reserved a 3 bedroom and got a 2 bedroom. None of the smoke detectors worked, windows were all cloudy and stained between the glass panes which ruined the view. Unable to use the porch or balcony due to bee & wasp infestation. When it rained the parking lot became a muddy swamp. During our stay they turned off the water for almost 24 hours due to a leak somewhere on the property and made no attempt to notify us or distribute water to flush toilets, wash hands or dishes or even to cook during that time. RCI Resorts Timeshare, this place is NOT UP TO STANDARD AN YOU RUINED...

Quail Hollow Village at Crown Resort at the Poconos is beautifully set on Beech Mountain Lakes. We rented a 2 story villa with 2 parking pads, full kitchen/dining area overlooking the lake, living room with sofa, big comfy arm chair and a very comfy recliner. Fireplace and slider out to deck. 3/4 bath downstairs. 2 very large bedrooms each with a slider onto large balcony overlooking lake and full bath upstairs. Cathedral ceilings in bedrooms. Warming lights in bathrooms. Plenty of hot water.. Picnic table and grill lakeside also. Beautiful view. Very quiet. Geese, ducks and even a swan on lake! Clubhouse on lake has party boats, canoes, tennis courts, indoor heated pool and locker rooms, other activities in warmer weather. Plus Clubhouse has adjacent restaurant! Really want to come back in warmer weather. We were here 12/02-12/09. Beautiful Christmas lights all through neighborhood driving to Quail Village. Walmart and mall...
