We brought our two daughters (17, 20) and shared glamping site #2 for two nights. The first night we went shopping at the close by grocery store, and returned to our site loaded with sausages, sides, wine and beer and made our own dinner right then and there. The kitchen is fully equipped and we enjoyed sitting around the table with camping lights and a hammock. |The second night we enjoyed a movie under the stars. The place offered a super large movie screen and a box of DVDs to choose from. It made for a perfect family night, with snacks and lots of laughter.|Waking up surrounded by nature is invaluable and enriched our appreciation for the island of Puerto Rico. We ate Mofongo almost daily and seeing how plantains are grown first hand was fun. |The bio-luminescent bay is only a 20 min drive away. We booked a sunset tour and loved it. Ingrid, the agronomist of the Hacienda welcomed us with a huge smile and an infinite knowledge of planting ans of courae the famous Pithaya. We loved everything. The Hacienda has space for glamping, and even to buy plants. Obviously I bought one for me💚. The 🍒 on top were Coco and Macallan. I loved them and so did my children.
