Our unit offered 3 full sized bedrooms, with lots of space 8 maybe more can fit, and a full kitchen. Beautifully decorated with a Michigan theme. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and conference room in the clubhouse across the small street. The condos offer beach access and a private marina. You can rent bikes and I think kayaks. Close to a lot to do in Cadillac like the park fishing, DNR, dance clubs. I highly recommend the Sandbar. It's situated less than an hour drive to Traverse City, and Old Mission point if you want to do a winery visit or nine, and just over an hour 15 away from sleeping Bear Dunes, or you can just relax on the private dock, or beach and tell stories st the bonfire at night with the kids.

This beautiful little resort hidden away in this sleepy little town is an absolute diamond in the rough. The units are huge, well stocked and well taken care of. The staff is phenomenal and really truly care about your experience at their resort, and not in the typical emotionless hospitality way but in a loving, caring way that we really appreciated. We will definitely be going back.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable. A magnificent view from the deck and front rooms. Very easy access to Cadalac lake. Note to smokers. There is a very strict no smoking or vaping policy. They threatened with fine and eviction. Not a big issue if you don't mind standing in the cold rain and snow by the trash dumpster to exercise your lungs.

Spent a week here this summer with two of our adult children's families. Rooms were spacious and contained a fully stocked kitchen with great pans and sharp knives, normally these items are pretty used and abused. Beds were comfortable, floor plan was a bit interesting as the master bedroom in the 3 bedroom unit is in the back versus having a lake view. Comfortable deck over looking Cadillac Lake. Internet and cable TV worked fine, kids enjoyed watching movies in the late evening while the adults enjoyed the sunset from the deck. There is no housekeeping service during your stay, luckily there is a washer dryer so that you can wash your towels during the week. The indoor swimming pool is located across a busy street, so a bit of a concern when the kids wanted to go to the pool. There is a nice swimming are with a sandy beach right outside the complexes back door, so made it nice for the kids to get out on their own. There are several kayaks you can reserve and use for free. The indoor pool was clean. Although cold the first day and the hot tub very hot, it was adjusted and the rest of the week both were very comfortable and the kids and grand kids spent many hours in both. As there is no housekeeping, you also must take out your own trash and all of the recycle bins were over-flowing most days. Parking was very convenient to the rooms and there is over-sized (boats and trailers) available across the street. The staff was absolutely great and were very quick to respond to any request made. So pleasant to see this kind of service and support today! Well worth the money and I would strongly recommend this place for a family...

My family and I stayed here in August 2019 as an Interval International exchange. The third day of our stay, I put a pan with bacon on the stove and turned the burner on. I turned away and heard a loud pop. After examining the glass top stove, I noticed a crack from one end to the other on the right side where I was attempting to cook. I later reported it to maintenance and was told that he would get to it when we left at the end of the week. We were inconvenienced with using a half of a stove the rest of the week which I later read was dangerous and we should not have used it. After we got home, I noticed a $250 charge from the resort. I called to inquire and was given the manager, Deb Fuller's phone number. She was extremely rude and unreasonable when I tried to explain that I did not crack the stove and could not have possibly cracked it in the manner it was cracked as the crack was from the inside. I asked her to go online and research it herself. She refused and simply stated that the stove wasn't cracked when I got there but it was when I left. So not only were we inconvenienced and endangered by their faulty appliance, I was also charged for it and was told, "Someone has to...

My family stayed here, and we were dumbfounded by what we experienced. During our stay our "private pool" was accessed by locals that paid for a day pass to use the pool. A local woman left her children unattended in the pool area while she went outside to smoke marijuana. I quickly returned to my room with my children, as I'd rather not expose them to drug use from a random stranger that is neither a resort guest nor owner. ||||After our stay, we were charged $250 for the cracked stove top that we reported to maintenance. We were told by maintenance to just keep using it, which turns out was VERY dangerous. This was not caused by abuse nor misuse. When attempting to discuss this with management, Deb Fuller refused to allow my family to discuss the issue with anyone claiming "There's nobody above her." She admitted to not being a stove expert, and then put the burden of proof on me by asking if I myself was an expert on stoves.||||I am disgusted by this entire experience, and my vacation now has a black stain on it when looking back. I will never be returning to this "resort", and I recommend you...
