My spouse and I recently toured Cedar Crossing in early July, and as individuals with extensive property management backgrounds, we were genuinely impressed – almost speechless, in fact – by the exceptional condition, quality, and overall appeal of the property. Coming from Washington, we've grown accustomed to certain maintenance challenges, so we anticipated finding some glaring issues. To our delight, there were none! The contrast between what we're used to and what we experienced at Cedar Crossing was truly night and day. Impeccable Grounds and Attentive Staff From the moment we arrived, the signage and curb appeal conveyed a sense of cleanliness, organization, and upscale living. This high standard continued throughout our tour. The clubhouse and office area were spotless, completely free of cigarette butts, plastic wrappers, or any other debris. We observed a young man diligently tending to the pool area, meticulously organizing chairs and managing trash bins. As we continued our walk, we noticed that all the lawns were green and lush, and the landscaping was clearly well-maintained. We even saw the same young man again, this time working on the grounds. Technicians were also on-site, fine-tuning the sprinkler systems for optimal coverage. The walkways were perfectly clear of any debris, and we didn't spot a single animal dropping during our entire visit. Spacious Units and High-End Finishes We toured both a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom unit. The two-bedroom, my personal preference, was incredibly spacious and single-level. The three-bedroom was also generously sized, and while its living room was slightly smaller, it compensated with a large upstairs sitting area. Both units featured spacious shared backyards, stunning KitchenAid appliances, abundant cupboard space, and elegant granite or quartz countertops. The coy flooring and modern baseboard trim added to the contemporary feel, and a significant bonus was the included air conditioning in every unit. To top it off, both units boasted spacious garages. Our Next Home: A Testament to Owner Care In conclusion, Cedar Crossing is slated to be our next home. Beyond the impressive floor plan options and amenities, what truly solidified our decision is the clear dedication of the owner to maintaining a superior property. It's evident they genuinely care about...
Read moreMy experience here was horrible. Should be able to give 0 stars, this is what they deserve. You can NEVER get a hold of management by phone. It's 50/50 at best if anyone is in the office during business hours. If you put in a maitanence request you will hear nothing for weeks, if ever. My biggest complaint is the security deposit. They swear up and down that if you clean the place and return it how you received it then you would get your deposit back. That is the farthest thing from the truth!!!! They will take every nickel and dime they can. Do not expect to get your deposit back BEWARE!!! I had a $2100 deposit and received $68 back. Im gonna sit here and lie to you, we did have 2 stains in the carpet about the size of a softball. Well they decided to replace the entire carpet in the townhome and charge me 50% of the cost which was $650. I patched all my nail holes and tv holes. No need to paint as nothing was beyond normal wear and tear, which means the property is responsible for paint but they say no they are not and proceed to charge me $575 for paint. Next my wife and I cleaned that place upside down and inside out. 1000% nothing wrong there, the place was immaculate. Yet again we are charged $650 for cleaning. There was a $100 for what is listed as maitanence turn services, which they could not explain to me what it was. And finally I was charged $80 for not replacing 3 light bulbs as well as being told my air filter needed to be replaced. They make you pay $10 extra dollars per month for air filters. You are suppose to get 1 every 3 months. I lived there 1 year and only received 2. And the itemized list is a joke as it said "cleaning" $650, paint $575, carpet $650. I will NEVER do business with them again and I will tell everyone about how this place just wants to screw you over for your deposit. Good riddance. Karma will get you...
Read moreGot to say it is a great apartment complex is very clean The do take care of their stuff. It is brand new They are trying to make it last but there is an issue It may not be an issue for all because a lot of people will like things taken care of Who doesn’t. I’ve lived here for about three months I’ve got two notices about some stuff I take full accountability for if and fixed the issue but The issue I have about it is that the property management will lead you to believe that this property is very laid back but this is incorrect as to the information that was given by the property management the owners of this property walk the property multiple times a week and will pester you about things that they do not like through the property management. some people like that some people don’t. I quite frankly think it’s kind of invasion of privacy, like you’re being spied on. I kinda feel like they are not holding everyone to the same standards but I can’t really prove that and they have told me they are not. so take that with a grain of salt like I said it is a good place to live they do take care of things just keep in mind the owners are very very very very picky and management will lead you want to believe that its ran as a very laid-back environment. I find it very disheartening, maybe they’re peaking in your windows I don’t know. everyone wants to live in a place with peace were y’all don’t have to look over your shoulder every 10 seconds thinking that you’re going to get in trouble there is a lot bigger things in life to worry about these days last thing you wanna worry about is the place that you live you should always feel safe and secure there; it’s home....
