Thank you to the spirit of the water. We never even entered slab city, the water was our respite and we met amazing human beings who also made pilgrimage to the water. The springs are claimed to be on private land and the guy holding down the local encampment told us we could camp there for 2 weeks while we decided where we wanted to camp at the slabs.
