Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Cambridge — Hotel in Cambridge

This place is a Joke ! They couldn't find our prepaid reservation in their system and while we provide them proof and after that priceline call them in front of us to verify our reservation they still couldn't give us our room in a hotel that had one reservation for Friday night beucose the manager couldn't open the email that confirms our reservation. CRAZY !!!! Awful customer service and unprofessional behavior from a manager that was not even there and I had to talk on the phone with her to tell me that is not her responsibility to figure out the situation while there was no situation. Priceline call me apologizing for this situation, gave me a full refund and accomodate us in a hotel nearby. This Cobblestone Inn & Suites in particular was very clean and had everything available a person could want. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. In the last couple of years I have stayed at some motels that were supposed to be somewhat fancier, but the fitted sheets would come off the bed in the middle of the night, and the blankets were tucked in so far on the bottom that the blankets wouldn't stay up where they should be. Someone cared about making the beds in this Cobblestone Inn. We slept comfortably all night. There was some chammamile tea in the room for us that made our sleeping even better. Hotel is very nice and clean and prices are very well but so far my customer service hasnt been the best. I stayed in the hotel for 1 night we 3 of us. I was charged 93 dollars a night no problem. Checked my bank account and was charged for 2 more additional nights no problem i thought i could call and get it figured out.... Been caling for 2 weeks doesnt seem to get an real response been told that i stayed there for 3 nights, itll be refunded, etc. I am still waitingg to see the money in my account.
