DO NOT stay here. i checked in on 8/12/25. instead of putting a hold on my bank account, the manager Jen, insisted on running it through my account as a transaction. when i asked her why she was already taking out the money instead of putting a hold on it, she became argumentative with me in front of other guests & accused me of not having money to pay. when i asked where the policy was on this, she told me to “call hilton” even though she had said each hotel is independently owned. these 2 statements clearly contradict each other. i tried to pay with another card since she insisted on having the money right at that moment and was still arguing with me. after i paid, she angrily slammed the key down on the counter, not explaining which room i was in, the breakfast schedule, or the check out procedure. in addition to this, i received hand towels in my room with someone’s pubic hair imbedded into it (see photos) along with food not being replaced at breakfast after it has ran out early on (i ate breakfast around 6:45-7:15 every day). i am frequenting the area on business and this would be the last place i...
Read moreWe had a great experience. It was one night. all employees had great customer service. The entire place was spotless! The furniture and bed were very comfortable! There's plenty of parking, and they have a complimentary breakfast in the mornings and free coffee and water available all day. The only thing I think to know is that you can't use cash to buy anything from the snacks. You need a card or can add it to your room bill. We did use the laundry room, which was clean and simple, but you need quarters for the laundry. They can make change for you at the front desk. This is a little confusing, but I understand that most places are cashless nowadays. It's just funny that you can take bills to give me quarters but can't take cash for paying for anything. Also, on the second floor, the shower water pressure was not very strong at all. Otherwise, we will definitely be back the next time we are traveling through and need somewhere affordable and clean with great...
