Russell's Motel — Hotel in Caribou

A nice small hotel that suited our needs. Donna made us feel welcome right from the start and was very helpful as well as watching out for us. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The only thing to consider is that you can park your sleds in front of your room so if the neighbors decide to get up early and ride you will hear their sleds running! 83A is right out the front door so get up and ride. There's a gas station about 3.5 miles down 83A so we always filled up at night before calling it a day. We had a microwave and dorm sized refrigerator(about a 3 cuft) so we could put what we wanted in there. The TV had plenty of channels. The price was better than anything else we saw. This is a small, 14 rooms, motel situated on a very quiet (some traffic) road, very close to Caribou. The rooms are nicely appointed, and very homey feeling. Hand made quilts on the beds and a small wall mounted cable TV, small fridge and microwave. There is also free wifi and a small coffee maker, a nice desk and lamps. Almost like being in Nana's guest room. The bathroom is clean and has everything needed to get clean and refreshed. I don't know why it only has a 1. 2 star rating. We've been all Ober the world and around this country and we list this in our top 5! There is also a very cute gift shop in the office, along with 2 beautiful, friendly cats... A big plus in my book! I've had extra charges and and asked to see photos of what they were charging me for which was refusedalso it's non ada compliant after the extra charges and my boss getting hurt there I've advised her to seek legal advice this is my own review where I have removed the original that my boss did they are quite crude false marketing fraud I've already had that payment frozen and I made a report with the PD and my credit card company I will not come to this place or recommend it again or recommended for people with disabilities or mobility issues the room was really outdated and really ain't warm plus you have to be careful what kind of scams and crookedness they're pulling I would give it zero...
