We went here for the first time last summer since our usual place we stay had their pool closed due to Covid. We never really intended to stay here a 2nd time ,but it was so nice we changed our mind about our usual place and stayed here again! Cabins are the perfect size for our family of 4, have a nice porch on the front, grills and picnic table outside. Car ports are nice as well when you get a crazy NH thunder storm with hail. They have a small game room that my kids frequented, bikes the kids can use , pool of course, and lots of room for kids to run around and play. My only complaint, and we can live with it, is there's no actual freezer since there's only mini fridges in the cabins. I like to keep ice cream on hand, otherwise it wouldn't be a problem since the mini fridges work very well. The owners are a very nice couple that have kept up with the cabins over the years. Water pressure is great too unlike some other cabins we've been to. AC also works very well and cools the cabin in minutes. Both years we stayed the cabin was very clean, they clearly take pride in their business. If we go to NH again next year we'll definitely be back!

Very clean and well maintained. Staff and Nick were friendly and welcoming. The location is central without being in the chaos of the bigger towns. This will be our choice for future stays in the Mountains.

Lovely, quiet and off the beaten track. Old-school cabins were clean and well maintained, the pool was great, and the hosts were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended.

We wanted to try this bc it was quirky. We imagined that it was what it was like when America hit the road for vacation in the 50s. Well, we got to experience it, bc these cabins have only been nominally updated. We understand the " heads in beds" concept, but the beds we felt were jammed into too tight a popspace. Cabins were clean. Kitchenette took us back 70 years with two burner stove and metal cabinets, and chrome trimmed table and chairs! Venetian blinds took us back to our childhood! Shrubs were overgrown past the screened porch windows. Carport was tight for our Tacoma truck, so I kept the doors outside the carport. I can't imagine how the station wagons of the past fit in them. Young owners appear to be trying. We may have just caught them behind in the upkeep. Definitely need to invest in new mattresses, maybe remove the night stand in the bedroom with floating shelves in order to center the queen size bed. It was an experience to say the least. Swimming pool and playground for the kids. Affordable considering the amenities. A family of four or five would find this a good home base, if the upgrades are...

We took a group of 10 to New Hampshire. We called about a month or so ahead of time to book 3 cabins. We rented Cabin 1, 2 & 4. I personally slept in Cabin number 1 with my husband, children and mother. Our experience at Patio Motor Court was awesome and we cannot wait to go back. The cabins were all extremely clean. They come equipped with all the right stuff. We met the owner who is a very lovely man. We spent lots of time relaxing on the porch and enjoying the playground and pool. They have bikes for the kids to ride and return when done using, also a modest game room that was just right for our family. We kept up cleaning in the 2 days we stayed so we tried to leave it as we found it. As we feel that is respectful when using something that doesn't belong to you.The price is just about unbeatable. If the owner of Patio Motor Court reads this Thank you again for all of your kindness and sharing your piece of happiness with us. Hope this will help you in your decision...
