Stayed on a Thursday night. Called ahead to check availability, they trust you'll arrive, simply took name and fone number. ||||Very nondescript post-war property surrounded by corn fields, no services nearby. Small office lobby is basic, just a reception counter and no more.||||While a mid-century build that could be suspected of showing it's age, the place is well kept: newish good fitting storm dooron the room, new carpet, walls recently painted, up-to-date flat panel TV, very fast Wi-Fi. All bedding appeared quite new, mattress also seemed fairly new and was comfy, and room was cleaned to a good standard. No fridge, micro, or coffee maker was in the room.||||Note this not a curry motel, the two men working are local, in their 60s, and though a bit on the gruff side (no doubt due to working while struggling with some health issues) were helpful offering use of their own microwave to reheat my dinner, and patient sorting out the right wifi password.||||Only quibble was the flat bottom sheet on the bed wasn't tucked in, it was a bit on the small side, a fitted sheet would work much better; this stuck out to me account of the railroad sleeping car porter job I once had. ||||Bottom line it's a basic yet clean and comfy room for only $40, and would gladly stay again...

Third and final issue was that one day the maid came around knocking and I said I did not need my room cleaned. About an hour after that, someone knocked again and even though I shouted I was in my room they still opened the door and looked into my room. If I was changing or climbing out of the shower, that person would have seen everything. Then they AGAIN came back after about 30 minutes later and did the exact same thing again. I will not...
