Where is your next offroading destination going to be? How about Eagle Rock for direct access to 200K acres and over 600 miles of trails through the #NorthCumberlandWMA riding the #RoyalBlueTN #Sundquist and #TackettCreek units? #EagleRockVibes #RideStayPlay #FallAtEagleRock

We stayed here 9 nights We learned that water turned off at 4 30 pm. FYI On our last night staying here We asked if we can move to a different site because of rain hit hard Our site was very mud and pond of water by our door of Motor Home. The young lady at the office said we have to pay 19 dollars more for other site that is more large they already are overprice for the site and wanted us to pay 19 dollars more because the site we stayed on is not design for rain. However We paid a lot of money for 9 nights and they want 19 dollars more. Actually the campground was much pretty empty If they want to keep their consumers happy. They should have work it around with us by moving a better site for our last night staying here.. I strongly suggest for you to look for a different place to camp that is reasonable price. Their price is tooo way ridiculous

We were vacationing over the long 4th of July weekend, with our Fifth-wheel RV and friends who all had their own RVs. The camp spots are quite long and wooded. Nice. This campground backs up to the Sundquist TWRA trails so it’s only a 1/4 mile to enter. Trails are plentiful with fun destinations like waterfalls and Elk sightings. We took daylong SxS rides with only a few slip-ups (don’t always go through the middle). Thank goodness for winches. The campground put on an awesome live music and small fireworks show.

Eagle Rock condos - Our party visited the week before Memorial weekend to avoid crowds. This place gets very busy with a lot of people on weekends. Met people from Florida, South Carolina, New York, and of Coarse TN. Trails closest to the resorts were very washed out and rutted. This caused myself and some party members SxS's to bottom out or get wedged in them causing some fender damage. Other people as well as us had trouble getting around huge mud holes to the point we no longer knew which way the trail went several times. This was on the Green or intermediate level trails. Green trails away form the resorts area had no problems. I really wish they would maintain the trails better for what we paid, for permits/licenses. We are all experienced riders of over 20 years. All in all we never got to all the trails the area has to offer due to poor weather but there are a lot of beautiful trails to explore. We rode over 300 miles worth while we were there. I used the Lifetime Trail Maps app and it was worth every penny if you want out of the way trails.

The Condo we stayed at was fairly clean and in better condition than other cabins I've rented. The showers worked however the head was half plugged. The toilets flushed correctly, the air conditioner worked great. The floors had residual dirt in that our socks always got dirty with our shoes off. The front and rear porch was very nice to sit under in the shade or during rain. The TV had basic Direct TV. The kitchen had a dishwasher but we didn't use it. There was a lack of toilet paper utensils, and trash bags. The bedrooms lacked furniture as in none except for a bed. There should be a row of hooks or something to hold gear. The one bedroom had a large closet but there was only three light duty hangers. There was also a closet in the hall but lacked hangers as well. All our bags and clothes had to lay on the floor...

Great Location, Office staff is friendly. Arrived to Eagle Roost 2 to find a beeping fire detector. It was a holiday and so there was no one to reach out to and that is ok, I wouldn't bother anyone on a holiday regardless. I didn't have replacement batteries and so I went to take some out of the remote control for the tv and the remote was empty, no batteries. Ended up having to disconnect the alarm to make it stop beeping. No big deal, I am here to ride and have fun. Then the circuit breaker blew because of the heat system. The heat system on the Eagles Roosts have been an ongoing issue. I stayed in Roost 1 a year ago and had the same issue. The problem is, this campground charges A LOT of money to rent these "cabins" and these issues should have been addressed long ago. Ended up having to turn off the heat and run space heaters. As anyone knows, space heaters are horrible, either too hot or not hot enough. Add a super uncomfortable mattress and you have no sleep in your future. Whatever, we had a great time on the trails. Here is the final straw... Sunday morning, just hours before we are to depart, a dead tree fell on the hood of my squeaky clean F350 King Ranch. Dead tree= another unmaintained part of the campground. Hey guess what? If you stay there you sign a Release of Liability waiver. $3032.00 to repair the truck plus $1055.00 for the stay= one helluva EXPENSIVE trip. Will rent elsewhere...

I am being generous with 3 stars since I have a feeling if we were off road 4 wheelers we might feel differently. For us it was a place close to the highway to spend the night. For that purpose I would rate 1 star. I assumed with the high price and reviews it was a nice place. Very basic rock and dirt (mud when it rains) park with very little mowed grass to walk dogs. We were assigned lot 4. We parked, leveled and put out slides. When I went to hook up, our water and power was padlocked. It was after hours so I just ran to the empty (luckily) site 5 next to us. Sites 1 and 2 (also empty) had almost decent grass so we walked the dogs there. I noticed my dog spit food out. When I looked closer there was a pile of chicken or something like that that someone had dumped. In defense of the park. We booked and arrived late, we did not share any of our complaints since we just packed up and hit the road the next day. This might be the nicest place around and close to trails for all we know but it was not a "nice" place to stay other than that.

I just looked at some pictures and it looks like we were in the lower pull thru sites. It looks nicer further in. Price was just very high for the...
