I wanted to visit my parents for the holidays and stay at this RV park, which neighbors my parents property. My parents shared a troubling incident with me about the owner. My dad was collecting the mail at a unified mailbox location (see photo) at the same time the owner of this park was getting their mail- the lady backed up and threatened my dad with a pistol- my dad who’s almost 70, says “I’m your neighbor” been here for years, she screamed “I DONT CARE INHAVE A GUN” My dad was so confused at the owner operator- another neighbor has horses, one of them got out and went onto the RV park and the owner claimed it was “hers now” the Sheriff had to get involved and FORCE the owner to return the horse. The lady is clearly mentally unstable and has a weapon, while operating a facility with families. Everyone who stays on her property is taking a safety risk- whether she’s schizophrenic or whatever, her condition is getting worse. I’m in the news business and I would have LOVED it if my parents told me when this happened so I could have blasted them on TV. You have been warned.

This place has always been a beautiful. Place only accessible to the residence.now that its an R.V resort well its still only accessible to the residence now😎.Only the lucky ones.should probably secure a spot there while there are some up for the grabs.wont regret it. This place hasn't changed from my perspective as far as the community goes. The beauty of this entire place remains the same

I'm down from Alaska and have stayed in many parks across the lower 48 and Canada. I have to be here for my 93 year old mom for an indefinite time. I have been welcomed into this park. It has a country setting with just a few short miles to San Antonio. The wildlife is wonderful to see. The reviews of cleanliness and the peacefulness is real. If there is a Con : Which there are for every park (can't please everyone). For my "Alaskan behine" there are to many security lights. Some might call that a blessing. Despite the lights (it disrupts star gazing) the park and the ower are my blessings in this city environment which I have to be in. I have been welcomed as one would welcome family. I feel at home here. And that's hard for me so far from real home. I would say to any and all this is a wonderful park and a welcoming owner. And will admit I am hard...

I tried contacting them 2 or 3 times. Finally got a response but it was rude due to the fact i contacted after hours. Although I work 16 shifts most of the time Its hard to contact someone during their. Alloted business. I was told I was being disrespectful because of the late night contact. All i wanted was a nice quiet place to park my rv. And they also said they told me not to come inside the park. Which was a lie. I did follow someone in because I wanted to look and see if the place was what I was looking for but since no one answers the phones DURING BUSINESS hours I thought it m8ght be okay. But guess I was wrong. I have never had such a rude experience at any rv I've ever been too. And ive been to many due to my work. But I don't recommend this place to anyone. There are quiet places close to this one that is...
