Amanda and Hubble Shire Farm came to our rescue when we were found ourselves without a place to stay at the last minute. She was immediately responsive and accommodating, providing us some much needed relief after a very frustrating travel debacle. Not only did she happily welcome us to her beautiful inn last minute, but she graciously offered to prepare us dinner. Once we arrived, Amanda greeted us so warmly and introduced us to her lovable sidekick and ham, Tristan. Amanda then showed us around the beautifully appointed inn and into our spacious, lovely, and super clean room. Amanda was a perfect host - kind, helpful, and genuine, even bringing a duraflame log up to place in our room’s fireplace before bed, along with a healthy pour of Kentucky Bourbon for a night cap. The ambiance was magical, and after such a frustrating experience from the previous two nights of our Valentine’s weekend getaway, we were so thankful for such a restful evening. But it did not end there; the following morning we were awoken by the tantalizing scents of a gourmand’s breakfast. It was made with high quality, local ingredients, presented so beautifully, and was so delicious we will remember it for years to come. We cannot recommend Hubble Shire Farms highly enough, and are already planning a...

We made the decision to stay in Chelsea, strategically planning our road trips throughout the week. Thankfully, most destinations were only an hour to an hour and a half away, making it an ideal central location. I stumbled upon Hubbleshire Farm on Google and was impressed by its exceptional reviews. Amanda is a truly phenomenal host, always inquiring about our needs, whether it was fresh towels or a to-go cup for her expertly brewed coffee and tea. Each breakfast was a masterpiece, and she graciously accommodated my food allergies. We opted for the dinner add-on on our first night, and it was a spectacular three-course meal, showcasing Amanda's remarkable culinary skills. The house, dating back to the 1800s, boasts an array of unique antiques and decor, carefully curated by Amanda. The property exudes serenity, and her adorable dog Tristan is a delightful bonus. Our time here has been nothing short of enchanting, and a week has flown by all too quickly. We cherished our daily conversations and the warm, fuzzy feelings that permeate...

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. I had the Empire Suite for one night. From the moment I booked I felt like a VIP. The hostess sent me info on food options to ensure I would have dinner when I arrived. Upon arrival I was greeted by the hostess and Tristan, the super-friendly and gorgeous Australian Shepard. They also helped me with my baggage. The house is spectacular, and my room was gorgeous. Spacious, a big four poster bed, a fire laid and ready, and really lovely views. There were other fires lit around the property, such as in the drawing and dining rooms. I visited in December and the house was also tastefully decorated, with a beautiful tree inside and also outside. The food was incredible, I was really impressed, served in an old world dining room. After a lovely stay the hostess even came out to help with bags and to scrape snow from my car. Awesome experience, highly recommend.

My fiancé and I needed a getaway and Hubble Shire Farm was perfect for that. I have never been treated so well in my life by anyone. Amanda is the true super host people hear about. The house is just outrageous with the attention to detail. The artwork, the cutlery, the lighting, I just can't say enough about it. Amanda and the Farm are no joke. Our two breakfasts were served on the back patio and were delicious and filling. Our dinner was romantic in the dining room where we ate lamb that was better than my own (it's one of my specialties). If you're looking to be close to attractions, they're a bit of a drive, but if you're looking to just be with the one you love on a gorgeous property BOOK THIS NOW! Wish I took more pictures.
