The best view in the Clarkdale/Cottonwood area. I lived in the area for 3 years and always dreamed of ' the house on the hill'. I finally got to experience the breath taking views on the huge patio. ||Excellent concept on B&B with fully stocked refrigerator. When we travel we always stay at either a B&B or historical place. My husband and I spent two nights in the studio. The room was quite large with a king size bed, a dining table, and a kitchen area. The refrigerator was well stocked with breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, butter, jelly, bagels, cream cheese, etc... Jerry also had snack items like sodas, water, cheese, and crackers. Gold star for asking! I don't know. Why do you ask? Do they have many customers? Is the business making money? I look and see cars coming and going. I see people walking up and down their road. Usually, I am too busy to worry about it. I have never seen tent rental up there. I suppose not big parties. The town has grown. I didn't know there was such a need for a Bed and Breakfast but I am not sure where people come and go from to the Verde Valley except what is relevant to me and my personal business.
