Omg we had the eggs benedict for breakfast. Everything was perfect! Next day we came for dinner and went to town on the Texas jalapeños. Secret is in the sauce. Followed by the Caesar salad with brisket, also another goody, New York strip steak cooked very rare and juicy and brisket whole. The meat portions were cooked with perfect mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. Obviously there were leftovers between the three of us. They even went above and beyond and gave us a tour of the smoker where they cook the brisket for 12 hours at 200 degrees. The water comes from well right above the restaurant. The food is cooked in butter which costs more than vegetable oil but so much better for your health. Know what you are putting in your body because food like this won't make you sick, but it can elsewhere. The only real criticism I have is don't use canned ingredients!
