This is not the “ultimate hassle-free camping experience” as advertised: Everything up super steep up hill. Unstable loose dirt leading up hip to tents. This is not glamping. Lots of flat ground but you have all your tents on very steep hills/inclined hard to get to. Bring your walking sticks. You can not drive your car up to your tent. Bathrooms are super small and awkward set up. Don't waste your money at this location. Property Not ADA compliant what so ever. Even for check in/out, path ways and access is not thought of. Nothing is on flat land(besides the parking) There's no lighting in tent besides a little camp lantern. Our tent outside lights never turned on (everyone else were on) and once we got to the tent we had no electricity. Totally dissatisfied and disappointing. At check in was not told about the crazy incline to our tent. It would be nice to notify on website. 400 sites, our text second on right, 1. Steep incline with (90 degree almost) loose uneven dirt. 2. Tent had no electricity had to call (first had to find a phone number via internet) and wait for an employee to help with electricity and to bring up our cooler bc we could not pull up steep incline. Thankful for him 3. Paid extra for linen and towels, bed was made but you get 2 body towels, that’s it (no wash cloths) nothing to wash your body with. 4. There was outside lights around tent never turned on (solar) 5. No hot water what so ever. Cold, freezing showers for all. Yay! I brought my 75 year old mom here for a hassle free get away and I was just apologizing the entire time to her bc I had no idea about the terrain. The pictures online fooled me big time. At check in, it was meh…. Got ignored for like 5min while 2 employees who were standing at the check in table walked in the back room behind check in table. Was given a key but wasn’t told what it was for….. there was a random pad lock sitting on the outside sink. I was there with 2 other campers and they weren’t told either just was given a key… ok. At the end of stay went to check out I was behind another camper (not with me) checking out she was asked how was her stay, ect, ect. And thanked her for staying. I was not …… I was just told I’m checked out. Flat.

With the dawning light of morning, our slumber was sung to an end by a choir of quail, their melodic whistles of "chi-ca-go, chi-ca-go" mixing sweetly with the distant jubilant barks of ground squirrels. Woodpeckers added to the symphony, drumming out knock-knock jokes on a neighboring pine, stirring our spirits and beckoning our eyelids to a fresh new day. This was our blissful awakening to the Huttopia glamping experience at Six Sigma Ranch, an enchanting symphony of nature that cushioned us in tranquility. The Huttopia tents, in contrast to the humbler tenting beginnings of our marital journey (decades ago), offered a decadent touch of luxury. Each tent provided comfort, from the plushness of the beds to the solar-heated showers. Amenities, ranging from gas BBQs to solar electricity, felt like a gracious nod to modern comforts, bringing the likings of home to the sprawling outdoors. During our second night, a performance was staged by the local coyotes. Their merry yips and howls, echoing over the hills surrounding the camp, embellished our post-dinner euphoria. It was a charming encore to a day brimming with good food, fine wines and lively conversation with our friends. Sprawled across a portion of the Six Sigma Ranch, Huttopia Wine Country houses over 90 tents. Each carefully equipped with all that one might need— linens, toiletries, kitchenware, and so much more. Though some require a short pilgrimage from the parking lot, the warm staff were ever willing to assist us in transporting supplies for our stay. Notably, these supplies included the delightful offerings of Six Sigma—a selection of their fine wines and excellent beef. In conclusion, we recommend this enchanting adventure from the humdrum of daily life. Whether it's a backdrop for a simple getaway, celebratory cheers, or a quiet retreat for rejuvenation, this idyllic example of nature enriches every moment, offering a memorable experience, irrespective of what your regular days might entail.

Spent an evening in early September while on a road trip. Was a bit hot on arrival (90F+) but the evening cooled down nicely. The fan and ceiling fan (once we found the remote), cooled the tent off quickly once the sun set. There was only one other family at the facility, so it was incredibly quite (except for crickets and birds) and the star gazing from the tent porch was phenomenal (including the Milky Way). The tent wooden structures are rustic but very serviceable. They are solar powered and have a solar water heater - all of which worked as promised. Service at the lodge was good as were the food and drink. We did not really use the amenities there (pool, games, etc) as we arrived in the late afternoon and just stayed one night. We happened to stay in an ADA compliant tent and while there are no stairs to climb to access it, the gravel pathways to access it were a bit steep and would definitely present a challenge to someone in a wheelchair (or the person pushing them). It is a bit of a steep hike from the parking areas to the tents, or even from the parking area to check in, so be prepared for that. All doable especially as many are here to hike and/or bike the vineyard property but presented a little bit of challenge for us as my wife has just two months into a total knee replacement. Looking forward to coming back, probably for a couple night stay next time to take better advantage of location.

We came to Huttopia on their opening weekend, excited to be one of the first to experience their new location in Wine Country. I had friends who were at the Paradise Springs location and they had a blast. ||Anyway, we headed over in the later afternoon and mid-way through we got a call from one of our friends telling us that the pool was not available because they had used non potable water. A bummer, but they were offering some compensation. ||We got there and then were told that the airstream food truck and cafe would also not be open. It was one of the hottest days in summer and with two of the main amenities down, we weren’t sure if we would stay. They offered a tour of the tent and the water was hot! Sustainable measure but with no pool to cool down and with the tents being saunas with only hot running water we opted for a refund.||The company gave us a refund and offered 20% off our next stay but only gave us 3 months to redeem. As a healthcare worker, requesting vacation isn’t easy so we weren’t able to return. ||What really upset us was that this location knew that their pool and facilities were not ready, but did not call us earlier to reconsider the trip. After hours in traffic after travelling from the peninsula it felt like they were trying to trap us there and not issue a refund as we were exhausted from travel. We were lucky enough to find an Airbnb for our group but we saw other families who were not as lucky and decided to stay just because the journey over was so long. ||In addition the manager was no where to be found. When we asked the poor people manning the check in they asked us to wait but after 2 hours of waiting and “touring” the facilities while we waited, we realized the manager was probable hiding and hoping we would give up as it would be too late to leave (the roads up were winding and dark). Luckily we realized this and left with enough daylight to make it to the Airbnb. ||Poor customer service and...
