THIS IS A TIMESHARE - I AM AN OWNER Worldmark Arrow Point is our IdaHOME for now. We've stayed here every few weeks since 2018. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, usually. Every once in a while or after hours you'll interact with someone thay doesn't provide the level of customer service other staff give. Don't let that fool you there are good people working here. The units are being refurbished and the new couches are much more comfortable. Unfortunately they have stuffed too much furniture into the dining and living area which makes it feel very cramped. The furniture in the bedrooms have been updated as well. The master dresser is now smaller which is very frustrating. With the refurbish they completely passed on the window coverings, door alignment and door and window weatherstripping. I'm literally writing this from the couch while freezing in a 72 degree condo because the balcony door has a 1" gap in it and the old weatherstripping is not keeping the cold air from the wind out. The window coverings don't cover the windows completely nor do they provide much of any light blocking so I'll be up just after 5am tomorrow when it's light out. Finally, the bedroom doors swing open. There is no halfway open leaving them ajar. It's latched or open unless you use something to hold the door in place. These are nothing new to this location but should have been handled during the unit refurb. Lastly, general maintenance could be better. The master bath was clogged so badly with hair I went to Home Depot and bought a hair removal tool instead of waiting 2 days for maintenance to be on-site. It was the worst clog I've seen in any shower drain. In Worldmark's defense they don't know these things unless they're reported. But this goes for housekeeping reporting too which they clearly do not. With that said the location is awesome when you want to get away from the city although be warned summertime is busy and very noisy.

We visited in winter and it was tranquil & quiet with lots of wildlife to watch. The staff was accommodating but not overbearing. The main office is at the top of the hill away from the rooms and I liked that setup. The condo was huge & had everything you need to make your own meals, grill, and do laundry. Be sure to bring food because it is a half hour-ish to a grocery store. The indoor pool was well maintained & a comfortable temperature. There weren't many people at the property, so it was easy to find some pool time to ourselves. Covered parking below the rooms was a real nice touch and there were large carts on hand to haul your stuff to and from the condo. The whole experience was so lovely that we even stayed an extra night. I'm sure it's a different world in the high season, though! A big thanks to the staff who helped us secure an ADA room. :) Highly recommended.

Nice WorldMark property. It's laid out a little different than most we've stayed at. The parking is assigned and underground beneath the condo units. The check in and front desk is up near Hwy 97 and the pool is down the road towards Arrow Point. Parking for WorldMark is on the left side near the pool. You can park there for the pool or to take in the view from Arrow Point. The condo was nicely sized. The rooms had nice beds and lots of closest space. The kitchen was laid out nicely, and the condo was roomy. We'd have no issues staying here again.

Normally all my reviews are positive, but for this place I would give negative stars if I could. I booked this property on Feb 7th for my birthday week/wknd (April 6th-9th). I was contacted by WorldMark on 3/30 to let me know they would have construction going on in some of their units and I was only allowed 1 vehicle. The gentleman I spoke to at the front desk was kind and helped me with some questions I had regarding the condo. It seemed everything was good and they said they'd see us in a few days! We flew from San Diego, Ca to Spokane on 4/6...traveling all day. We got off the plane, grabbed our rental car and a bite to eat. We arrived in Couer d'alene around 6pm (it's an hour drive from Spokane airport). We went to the grocery store and stocked up on food/supplies for the 3 night stay at the 2 bedroom condo because they advised us that they were located in a remote area and the nearest stores/restaurants were about 30 minutes away. We got out of the grocery store at 7pm. I pulled up my email to get the address for GPS and saw that Expedia emailed me THAT afternoon while we were on the airplane to tell me Worldmark couldn't honor our reservation!! I was horrified! I immediately called WorldMark to find out what was going on. They advised me that they overbooked their condos and there was nothing they could do about it and to contact Expedia to get relocated. We sat in a rental car in the parking lot of a grocery store for 2 hours (and it was cold) while Expedia tried to find us something comparable. I had just spent $150 in groceries that were melting and going bad in my trunk and we were exhausted from traveling all day. How can someone cancel your 3 night reservation literally the day of arrival after traveling 1500 miles to get there!!? It was also Spring Break so everything was sold out and Expedia couldn't find us anything comparable. We ended up settling on a room for 1 night at La Quinta nearby so we could at least get out of our car, shower and get some sleep. They could not find anything that compared to what we had...a 2 bedroom condo on the lake. Expedia did end up finding us a 1 bedroom condo in the city of Couer d'alene for the other 2 nights where my adult son ended up sleeping on a pullout couch instead of having his own bedroom as planned (and booked months prior). As I mentioned...it was my bday trip and I had been so excited to stay at a place with lake views, so I was still really disappointed that didn't happen. I will NEVER book with WorldMark again. They should be ashamed of what they did. Extremely poor business practices. I highly recommend you don't book with them just in case your entire trip gets ruined by them overbooking. It sounds like that's been happening a lot lately per my conversation with the front desk that night. And lastly, I would like to say that NO ONE from management at Worldmark reached out to apologize or try and compensate us for their blunder. They honestly...

Beware of what you are reserving. The room we had was great. we were right on the water and had a beautiful view. Everything was clean and your typical expectation with world mark. The staff were quite helpful as well.

After checking in you realize this isn't your typical Worldmark resort, or if it was at one time it is no longer that. There has been money pouring in from outside investors and some D-bag went and put a couple huge High end resorts that cater to multi-millionaires. I say d-bag, because they literally crammed as big of a hotel as humanly possible between the world mark condos and it looks like they ate up all the beach access as well. It does look like the worldmark resort and the current HOA did try to fight this, but money won out. While there is a small beach for the kids to swim at I would be more worried about all the boats coming in and out of the boat parking lot that has taken over the cove next to the resort. It looks like there is a very nice beach area to swim at, but it has also been taken over by money. Seriously, when your kids want to go swim at the lake, and they see a literal mud puddle full of weeds and look over and see a clean beach with inflatables and slides its kinda ridiculous. There are signs everywhere saying persona non-grata.... Nevermind the fact that there is a huge grassy area in front of our condo and for all intensive purposes it looks off limits. Grass and Beach.

If you figure you are going to a Worldmark resort with lake access this is not it. We ended up driving into town and using the city beach which was way more accommodating, but kinda ironic considering the RESORT IS ON THE WATER....

Skip this resort and...
