hotel Staff and customers staying simply put.... the BEST!!! however book with the hotel directly. today I called Wyndham hotel rewards spoke to an agent. aging and for me that he could not fulfill my request. said requests was I had a horrible experience at your previous hotel (Days inn Riverside California near Tyler mall) if you were to read the notes dictated in your system you will see the experience that I had. explain to them how I was refunded my my charges for the room do the fact that hotel staff told me they would not let me know because it was the last room they had last mind you I had a reservation and he has a higher price on his website he can reach for. so he said he sent me back all my money I called my bank and they said that it's not happened I wanted the same transfer that he was willing to take from me return back he said it has I don't have any control over that I said well my thing says that they're waiting on you to release it can you call your bank he shook his head now they won't do it for you. then he proceeded to cancel my reservation. and asked me to leave. out of the 3000 point ask instead I stated if you're help venter would provided 230 point immediately that I would not request any further funding and returning my points over 3,000 that was owed only because I'm out of state and for $230 points for them to help me I wasn't positive and figured let's just watching those one night and actually was too but I was so oh we can act your voice after I call back second time...
Read moreI reserved 2 king rooms for 4 people, and when we got there, the nice gentlemen at front desk told us, due to the unexpected severe weather condition, there was only 1 room available and we had to share the room, and we drove 10 hours and had really bad hail storm and just wanted to get a sleep, so we said yes and 2 of us slept on the carpet. After we got back home, I called Expedia to get a refund for 1 room, and Expedia told me that they contacted the manger at this Super 8, and the refund request was denied because their policy is that "It is not refundable if customer change/cancel the reservation", and the truth is that they didn't keep the room as promised and we understood it but only ask refund for 1 room that we never checked in, I'm waiting for Expedia to respond if they didn't, I'll have to contact my credit card issuer for a dispute, terrible service from both Expedia and...
Read moreGood price, easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff but… the old adage you get what you pay for rings true for this particular motel. Upon entering our room there was an overwhelming smell of Carpet Fresh. The following describes how we found the room itself: there was a thin layer of dust on every surface area, the bed linens were thread bare so that you could see through them, the white towels were a dingy beige and one had a large reddish spot on it, both the ice bucket top and coffee maker were dirty, there was evidence of a water leak on the ceiling, a possible break-in at the entry door and red spots resembling blood on many wall surfaces! I could go on but I think you get the idea. We arrived late in the day after a very long travel day or we would have surely gone elsewhere. I would not recommend this...
