I have stayed monthly for over a year and love it here. A very relaxed community with mix of transient long term tenants. This park has many large sites, a new pool and bathroom, Pavillion and playground. This is a newer park and still growing with plans for new amenities and more community activity. Being in beautiful Brown County, there is potential for an amazing experience full of outdoor activities like hiking, biking, zip line, hitting the shops in downtown Nashville, nearby Columbus or Bloomington. Plan to have wireless or satellite internet connection outside of basic connection as the WIFI is not yet optimized for high volume. For basic steaming of TV apps it is fine. Husband and wife owners are very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Can't say enough about Tim the owner who jumped in to help us with what could have been an expensive situation with our hitch. We initially had some reservations about how close this park was to the road and road noise. We had a site that backed up to the trees and we could hear the road but it was just white noise so not an issue for us. Our site was huge with lots of room behind the RV. Overall the park is lovely, bathrooms were clean. You can tell the owners care. The decorations are super cute and it's really close to Nashville for shopping and hiking at Brown County State Park. We stayed for a weekend but wish we would have been here in a few weeks for all the leaves changing!

Nice campground with gravel sites, picnic tables and firepits. Of course, with the convenient location right off the road, you do hear road noise - but it quiets down at night. We had site #148 - back-in with full hook-ups and 50 amp power.

Stayed here while visiting brown county for 4 days. This is a new campground that is absolutely amazing!! Husband and Wife owned and we met them both instantly when arriving. The husband even came to our site after we were set up to make everything was good. Everything is brand new and many new shade trees have been planted. Beautiful property with a small creek and wooded area. The stay was PERFECT! All full hooks and the water pressure was great. We even stayed on a site near the road and the traffic was NOT a bother one bit. My favorite thing about this campground - the sites are BIG! Plenty of room everywhere!! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back!! They are doing great with their new...
