Loved the cabin! As with other reviews my children ( 7 year old twins) loved the loft and played board games up there when the weather was rainy. All the amenities needed were supplied and cabin was clean and comfortable. Gazebo was also nice, fire was easy to start up and the kids loved roasting marshmallows. The cabin was close to the grocery store and Lake Lure restaurants, as well as Chimney Rock park and the Chimeny Rock village. We even caught deers running across on the road near the cabin entrance. There is also a trail on the property which we attempted to hike but unfortunately a good portion was blocked off by fallen trees. Read moreWe had the pleasure of staying at End of the Road Cabins in the beginning of July. I was so impressed with the cozy and clean cabin, as well as the grounds it is situated on. It was easy to see that the owners take wonderful care of the property, and go a long way to make their guests feel comfortable! The location of the cabin made it an easy drive to Lake Lure, Tryon, Chimney Rock, and Asheville! (We did a lot in just 4 days)! It was so nice to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet. If you go on vacation with other people, this is a perfect spot! Everyone has their own privacy, yet are close enough to gather together in the well equipped gazebo! Looking forward to returning someday with...
