I booked this hotel as I was coming in town for a wedding. I should’ve listened to a Google review from 5 months ago stating that they left the hotel due to bedbugs. I also ended up checking in and leaving the same night around 1AM because I saw bedbugs. I saw a small bedbug on the bed first, and, soon, saw 2 larger bedbugs on my pillow and realized that they were bedbugs. I killed a couple of them and they popped blood. I had been bit behind my neck. For me to see 2 fully grown bedbugs not that late into the night, I can only imagine how long the bedbug infestation had lasted without being noticed. I immediately called the front desk and alerted the staff. The front desk person working the night shift was extremely nonchalant about the situation and said he would get me a key to another room, without any offer to launder or isolate my belongings to prevent cross-contamination. At that point, I no longer wanted to stay at this hotel and demanded a refund. The front desk guy told me, since I booked through a 3rd party (I had booked through Amex Travel), they wouldn’t be able to issue a refund and offered me Hilton points instead. I wasn’t sure if I’d ever visit another Hilton property after this experience and told the guy I’ll call Amex Travel myself to get the refund. The front desk guy at one point asked me, “What more do you want?” as if I was trying to capitalize on getting a room with bedbugs, when I was actually losing money booking a nearby hotel at a walk-in rate. The guy was not sympathetic to the fact that I’ll be going through a big hassle, to put it mildly, packing everything in sealed bags and steam cleaning my luggage, to make sure that I don’t carry these bugs home with me and will be paranoid for the next few months. I understand bedbugs are not 100% preventable even at a clean hotel, but the way they addressed the issue was unacceptable. I called the hotel a couple days later to ask about some pending charges on my credit card, and Candy was a pleasure to talk to, offered a sincere apology, and ensured me that I would not be charged for anything...

Clean, convenient and much better than I thought. I was really after a bed for the night along my motorcycle ride route and typically stay at a another chain of hotels. I decided to give Hilton a go as I had the points and it was right along the route I was taken and close to restaurants for an evening meal. No problems with parking at the location as plenty of parking up front (like to park the bike in visible locations) and was greeted by Diamond at the front desk. She was very pleasant and provided me information on all amenities, and if needed food in the area.

Room was perfect, good size, everything worked and was very clean. The bed was very comfy as well (a nap turned into a long snooze from the ride) and the shower/bath area was nice. The toilet was installed at an odd angle but nothing wrong with it, just the old facilities person in me noticed it.

I was going to ride out to a restaurant but decided to try out the bar and food at the hotel. Glad I did as it was perfect and exactly what I wanted, plus got to watch a football game and relax a bit. The food was really good yes hotel priced and nicely presented. I had the tomato bisque soup and some Nashville Hot Chicken bites on biscuits. Perfect portions for me. Enjoyed a beer or two as well.

Checkout was a breeze as well the next morning and they had a buffet set up as well as wait service. I did not take part of breakfast as I had to hit the...

Stayed here for one night on a weekend. The hotel was busy as it hosting the family of the to-be bride and groom. The check in process took a few minutes as the staff member was new and in training. We are a Hilton gold member but had to request for the water bottle bag. We were provided with a complimentary upgrade which was nice however we found the room itself to be pretty average. The upgrade itself was a goody bag with some snacks and Fiji water bottle. Room was pretty small, did not have a luggage rack and very low lighting. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not. There was side table on only one side of the bed. We did request for an extra comforter which was provided pretty quickly. There was no body wash in our bathroom so we had to request it from the housekeeping staff. The room had a micro and a mini fridge plus a coffee machine. The fridge was so small that we were unable to even store a normal size to go food container in the fridge and had to leave it outside. Amenities are wonderful: very spacious and large gym with lots of machines and weight equipment. Pool area is very nice too. Lobby was spacious with lots of seating. They also have a bar which is open till 11 PM. No complimentary breakfast which is a bummer. You can purchase a continental / buffet breakfast for a surcharge. The hotel is located off the freeway but there is no restaurant / grocery store / etc in an arm...

If I could, I would give 10 stars! This hotel was outstanding. Hubby and I checked in late, and with no restaurants around, we were wondering where we were going to get something to eat. The hotel had a restaurant in the lobby. Taylor at the front desk was fabulous and checked us in. She was friendly and cheerful and helpful. We went to the restaurant and the food was fabulous. Benny was cooking that night and he did an outstanding job. Our waitress, Laura, was excellent. Friendly and helpful. The next morning we had breakfast before heading to the next stop of our trip. Cory cooked an outstanding breakfast. Our waiter, Leo, was fabulous too. The man at the front desk that morning (I wish I had gotten his name, but he was very tall) was fabulous. Friendly and cheerful and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very nice. If we lived in the area we’d go eat at the restaurant a lot.

Convenient location for us, but definitely not the comfort level we had when we stayed several years ago. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not eat here on this trip. Obviously they cater to business travelers. Upgraded to a "king room with drinks and snacks" since we would be traveling all day. Don't bother! A bag of chips, a Hershey bar, a granola bar and 2 waters is what it gets you!! Bed was rock hard, 1 hook in bathroom, Don't expect privacy in bathroom either with the sliding barn door and no fan switch. No luggage stool, no radio, no hotel information/guide/menu. But we did get ants on the floor and counter! We'll find a different hotel next time.
