Penn Motel — Hotel in Cooper Township

When I stayed there which wasn't long ago I had to clean my own room because it was dirty when I moved in. I didn't have a shower head in the bathroom. I also did not have cable tv like posted on sign. I also paid a fee to get me to my payday which was on a Friday and then he continued to charge me a late fee every Friday so I moved out because I'm not going to be taken advantage of... Plus there is a spider infestation bed bugs and also had to get stuff for roaches really disgusting place to stay. Lesson learned, never again. Also would not plow the driveway or parking lot when it snowed making it difficult and dangerous pulling out onto the highway bc you would spin tires and slide into highway. Also the other people are very nosey, always watching you. I also was paying monthly and after paying 3 months told me I could only pay weekly and when I moved out the neighbor lady told me she pays monthly so pretty much just trying to get extra money from people ripping...

The owner controls the heat and he never would turn the heat on so had to buy my own heater to stay warm also it says cable for free...

Not good lot of mold and never fix no replacement new part the guy don't know how to fix it lazy job he advantage from...
